Eco-designed cottage located in a green setting surrounded by hiking trails and magnificent ponds and streams! The beauty and richness of this place have been translated through different settings that have been used for a short film in 2024 and which instantly envelop you in a bubble of well-being (charm of the old through the presence of exposed stones, terracotta bricks and recycled or patinated raw wood allowing you to feel the authentic character of this medieval building, elegant and refined décor of the ceramics in the bathroom which changes color according to the daylight, paintings in the room where the history of this estate and the joy of children who have fun in this setting rich in biodiversity) Outside, you can relax in the private garden while enjoying the calm and observing the surrounding hilly meadows occupied by the grazing of Charolais cows, the furtive passage of deer and the majestic flight of buzzards! Service in a responsible approach with healthy materials and goods and as much as possible recycled that limit consumption (no microwave or electric coffee maker: other tips proposed!)
Our house is adjacent to the cottage. We are therefore available throughout your stay to exchange with you and share pleasant moments with our family if you wish. Your children will flourish fully in this universe where they will be able to freely use the outdoor games displayed around a fresco and the many play structures such as the swing, the slide, the slackline, the zip line, the football goal and the sandpit in the company of our children Sarah, David and Iris if they wish, who will be keen to make them discover their living space, freedom and preservation of the environment. A little surprise awaits you on your arrival to make you taste our homemade jams from our orchard as well as other local products... The cottage is ideally located 5 km from the town of La Flèche (15000 inhabitants) where you can entertain yourself by visiting the famous zoo located 12 minutes away or by walking or cycling around the lake of Monnerie classified blue flag with its beach and its wild bird island! Hiking trails are also possible from the cottage and allow you to visit the village of Clermont Créans located 3 km away. Our cottage is located on a road that was once occupied by a feudal castle that has now disappeared (underground passages still exist)
