Living Area: The living area features a bright room with 2 comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, and plenty of space for relaxation.



Game Room: A room with a large ping pong table is ready for you to challenge your friends and family.



Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ and Patio: Grill up your favorite treats with the gas BBQ and enjoy them on the large covered patio sitting around the propane fire pit. Take a swim in the above ground pool with covered deck with a pool ladder for easy access. Soak in the hot tub. *Note that the pool is open from April through October.



Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary cookware and dishes. * 3 Covered carports for 6 cars

* RV Parking with a 30 amp RV plug. It has a water hookup, but no septic.

* There is also parking available on the gravel next to the homes for additional cars, please do not park on the grass.

Policies & House Rules:

- Non-smoking residence; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside but you can smoke outside.

- We allow 1 dog in each of the back homes (the Creek House and the Hill House). We do not allow any dogs in the Cedar House due to the carpets. No cats allowed.

- No Open flames in home

- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home

- For the safety of our guests, exterior property is under 24/7 video surveillance
