This rental was exactly as described. It was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Most of all, it was roomy and very comfortable. Everyone in our family enjoyed our stay in this home!

Thank you for allowing us to host your stay, and we're glad you found everything clean, convenient, and a good value! If you referring to the cargo lift, it is locked and not available for guest use due to safety reasons and is shared in the listing upfront and our additional reservation communication. There is no safety catch like a garage door and guest safety is our priority. As for the water, Surfside's water can be a bit odorous at times. We wish we could control it, darn it. Thanks again for staying with us.

This is a beautiful home with comfortable amenities. Six adults stayed here for Thanksgiving and there was plenty of room for all and loads of pots, pans, dishes and accessories for preparing meals. We walked to and along the beach each day. What a restful location!

Netty's bday

This is an awesome house. The beds were amazing, there were plenty of restrooms, and we loved the spacious living area. We enjoyed the party deck with it's own rr an kitchenette. We had a wonderful stay!

Ocean Views

Amazing views from the upper deck at the house level. The large middle deck is perfect to escape the sun or rain and you can see all directions. Very nice clean house with an open living room you can see the ocean from the couch. Would definitely recommend the house to others.

The house was fabulous. Plenty of room for everyone. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was a bit disappointing as we had to walk a good distance to the beach. We ended up purchasing a 30 pass so we could drive and park. We eventually figured out we could access the beach across the street at low tide. Overall we had a blessed time.

What a great five days! Several months back we booked this wonderful home in Freeport with wonderful ocean views. 979 Vacation Property Services helped with installment of payments and a very thorough and easily understood list of instructions to make arrival a breeze! Spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms on the top floor. The 2nd floor was a massive deck with cornhole to play and an enclosed kitchen with a refrigerator and another bathroom. There was a shower on the ground floor and another storage area for all our beach gear. There were six adults and three children and every day was a special family adventure. My thanks to 979 Vacations for wonderful memories made! Mike S.
