Find your sanctuary at Little River Retreat. Bordering parks, with luxe vibes, a crackling fireplace, and a dreamy hot tub. Enjoy a walk or bike ride through beautiful parks and beaches, including the 10 km+ Ganatchio Trail and Sandpoint Beach (both 5 minutes away). In under 45 min, find yourself in wine country, or for nature lovers, Point Pelee National Park. WFCU Centre 3 min away. Caesars Windsor, tunnel & bridge to USA 10-15 min away. Detroit airport approx 45 min, new battery plant 9 min

The space
Open the front gate to find a delightful little courtyard awaiting you, complete with a sizzling BBQ, a comfortable patio set, and a dreamy hot tub. Open the front door and you will find yourself in our cozy, open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen (overlooking a view of the park). Steps away, you can access your relaxing bedroom and a fully-equipped bathroom.

Guest access
All parts of the space within Unit B’s property are available for use by our guests, with the exception of the locked storage room next to the kitchen (which is used by our cleaning staff). Any outdoor spaces belonging to the other units on the property are inhabited by other tenants and are not for use by guests.

The stay was great! Place was super clean and very well laid out and designed. The private patio and hot tub were a nice bonus, even in winter. Highly recommend.

We only stayed one night but it was perfect. The fireplace was going when we arrived. It was very welcoming and homey. Instructions sent prior which made check in a breeze. The hot tub was preheated ready to use. Couldn’t have asked for a better time!

Everything was well thought out and organized perfectly. They had enough towels, enough kitchen supplies, everything was easy to use and easy to find…i have been to maybe 6 rentals and this one is clearky superior. Beautiful Windsor oasis

This cozy little property was stunning and well worth it. We felt like we were in a luxury suite with the private hot tub, charming sitting room, sleek kitchen and bathroom. Very tastefully decorated, I only wish we had stayed longer than one night! Highly recommend.

Love the patio out front. We like that there are no steps which is kind for us seniors. We made a first steak of this spring on the BBQ. Better than a restaurant! So convenient.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway!

Absolutely loved our weekend stay! It was like a luxury hotel but in your own private cottage. Everything was wonderful and all the special little touches made you feel very pampered. They even had a Happy Anniversary greeting for us! The bed was extremely comfy along with all the pillows and luxury sheets. The robes, ear plugs, eye covers, snacks, and coffee were all nice touches. The hot tub was very relaxing. We would love to stay again!

Nice But.....

Property was well kept and pretty clean. Was a little weird pulling up and having the owner wave to me. Not quite so private as owners live on property as well. Hot tub looked like it had an issue with filter so didnt want to try and use. Location is quiet neighborhood but across from park. Didnt get quiet until after 1030 PM..

Dear guest, Thank you for your review. Not sure why you didn't contact us regarding the hot tub, the guest who stayed before and the guests who came after you found it delightful! We feel bad that you didn’t use it! We would like to mention that Vrbo notified us that you didn't even pay full payment for your accommodation, and that you keep ignoring their emails and reminders about the need to complete the second portion of the payment!!! It is interesting that you found it weird seeing me sitting on the porch of my house watching solar eclipse. It is common sense that I would acknowledge you coming. The accommodation is on our property, completely private and has even its own fenced-in courtyard, as you can clearly see on the listing. Wondering if you are criticizing the place, so you would feel justified about not paying?

We cooked a tasty lunch in the kitchen which had everything we needed to prepare our food. The bed is very comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. The natural toiletries were super pleasant.
