This spacious home located in a quiet culdesac, overlooking the Whitsunday Islands is the perfect location for your stay in Airlie Beach. Well equipped to cater for large groups, there is plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Located in an elevated position, but still in close proximity to the heart of Airlie Beach, this charming property feels secluded yet close to the action. It is the perfect homebase for exploring the Whitsundays Region!
A private swimming pool is being installed currently, due for completion by Easter 2026!

The Space:
This property is ideal for larger groups. There are four generous sized bedrooms spread across two levels. Upstairs features a cosy queen room and also a triple single room. The master bedroom and second queen room are located on the main level along with two bathrooms.
The open plan kitchen and living area opens up to the expansive deck with stunning views of the Islands - Perfect for indoor/outdoor entertaining and a family BBQ!
There is space in the carport for two cars only.
Getting Around:
The holiday home is a 10 minute walk (approx.) to the Airlie Beach main street.
Other Things to Note:
Concierge services and Baby items available for hire (fees apply).
Noise restrictions apply after 9pm.
We have a strict no party, no School Leavers, Hens, Bucks or similar policy. Anyone found to be breaking our Terms and Conditions will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.
We have a private Catamaran available for a minimum 3 night hire pre or post your stay at this property - Please enquire
There is a vehicle available for hire during your stay for additional cost - Please enquire.
Security cameras are present on the external areas of the property . One monitors the front door, another the side door and the other two monitor underneath the house. They are all motion sensor security camera’s, are not monitored and cannot see inside the home. The cameras will only be reviewed by the owner in the case of an emergency. In this instance an emergency includes but is not limited to, a break in at the property, injury or damage caused to property.
