The condo was perfect. Very clean and exactly what was advertised. We are definitely going stay here again soon. Had everything you would need for a comfy place to call home for vacation. The Bed was very clean and soft. The hot water in shower was awesome. Real short walk to beach and all the shops and restaurants.

Great trip to Provincetown

We had a great stay. The loud air conditioning units made sleeping difficult and it was a bit farther from town than a 10 minute walk. But we felt safe and the place was immaculate.

P-town center just a bike ride away

We loved that we did not need to touch our car in our four days of vacation. Biked both to the center of P-town and through the Provincelands National Park bike trails.

First time staying in Provincetown after labor day and it went great! Restaurants were still open but with less lines. The property was great for two people, 10 minutes walk to the center of town.

Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. While we are unable to change the natural light in the condo, we do have recessed lighting in the kitchen and bathrooms. This is the first time we’ve heard about the lighting concern in the main area, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. To improve the space, we will be adding two lamps on either side of the couch to provide additional lighting in the main part of the condo. We’re grateful for your insights, which help us continue to enhance the comfort and enjoyment of the home for all our guests.

Convenient and good area of Ptown to stay in if you don’t want to be in the middle of the chaos/crowd. Close walk to the ocean and restaurants as well. When we first got there, there was evidence of our condo not being cleaned all the way, our bed linen was visibly dirty, however, the host was quick to respond and got us new sheets. Some of the outlits, lights and fans did not work and also needed to be cleaned. Otherwise happy with our stay.

Favorite Cape Getaway

My husband and I have been traveling to Ptown for years. This beautiful and cozy place on the East End was comfortable for two, clean, and walkable to everything along Commercial Street. We just needed to make sure to account for the time. Renee was very prompt to messages in getting to know the place. We would absolutely stay here again.

Small but clean

Great location vis-a-vis beach and downtown; well-stocked convenience deli/mart nearby is a nice feature. But definitely not for more than 2 persons, as it is very small. Other than some hanging space in the bathroom, no place to put clothes, and if you have much luggage, be prepared to make many trips up and down the spiral staircase. Owner was very responsive to some check-in issues (lock passcode and WiFi passcode).

Wish it had been smoother

The stay was very cute. Unfortunately, since the units used to cool it were large plug in AC units, half-way through our stay, there was an issue with the power in the building. Even though the Electric company came and made some repairs during the day, the breaker box was so sensitive (the whole time we were there) that the units would trip the breaker, and all the power would go off. It was incredibly hot, and there were not enough windows in places to circulate air form outside. We ended up leaving the location and staying elsewhere and were given a partial refund, however it was incredibly frustrating talking to both the host and VRBO.

Never again

The host provided incomplete information for key less entry; the AC was NOT on when we arrived, making it 95 degrees and taking ALL NIGHT to cool to 75 (not central air); the property is not well maintained (light bulbs out, batteries out, garbage disposal not working). Will NOT stay at this property (and likely no Evolve properties) again. You cannot contact host through Vrbo!!

Hi David, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-A new upstairs A/C unit has been installed to ensure the property remains cool and comfortable.-The A/C is always turned off before guest arrival for energy conservation but should cool down the space within about 15 minutes.-The garbage disposal is functioning correctly. It features a safety switch to prevent accidents, and clearer instructions will be provided for future guests.-One of the light bulbs in the living room went out and has been replaced. Additional bulbs are kept under the sink for convenience.Thanks for taking the time to leave your review! We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve.
