You’ll find 1 king, 3 queen beds, and 6 singles throughout, including a master suite and a second main bedroom, both with private ensuites. Two additional central bathrooms and two separate living areas offer plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Central heating and cooling throughout, along with split systems in select rooms, ensure year-round comfort.

Out the back, your private oasis awaits — complete with outdoor lounges, a dining area, BBQ, fireplace, TV, basketball hoop, pool, and spa. There’s even a stylish pool house with two sets of bunk beds, air conditioning, and its own TV — the ultimate kids’ retreat, giving the adults time to unwind.

No Party groups or Schoolies need apply, we have a strict policy and will not tolerate any groups that do not comply, you will be asked to leave immediately and you will forfeit your bond in full.
