Unit 4 Golden Sands Retreat, Self-Contained Unit in Wagait Beach
Air-conditioned, self-contained one-bedroom units featuring a queen bed, single bed, ensuite, and kitchenette. Guests also have access to a shared veranda kitchen, hooded BBQ, and a washing machine. One-night stays are welcome.
From January 2026, guests will enjoy access to the plunge pool and private beach. Please note that the holiday house will be unavailable for bookings in 2026 as it is being placed on the market in the new year. The four self-contained units will continue to operate as normal and remain available until approximately April 2026.
Experience breathtaking sunrises and sunsets or wander down to the beach and rock bars for fantastic land-based fishing. If you're a fishing enthusiast equipped with a boat, the Mandorah Jetty boat ramp just nearby.
The Cox Country Club Bar and Restaurant is open for dinner Thu–Sun and lunch Sat–Sun, offering great Aussie pub meals, friendly locals, and regular live bands. Free transport to and from the club is available for all guests staying at Golden Sands.
Wi-Fi is currently not available at the units.
