The view was good and the property was clean and that is always appreciated! The beds were not comfortable, and the furniture was not comfortable. The whole unit could use upgrades.

The property is beautiful, very comfy, a little outdated but cozy. The only think is that the kitchen utensils were dirty. We couldn’t use the coffee machine for that same reason. The water filter of the fridge was on red so we couldn’t drink that water. Also, the washer machine had a bad smell. The views from the balcony are AMAZING and made us forget about everything else.

Thank you for the 4-star review for Palms Resort 1002. I’m glad you found the unit cozy and that the balcony views made your stay special. I’m sorry the kitchen utensils and coffee maker weren’t clean, the fridge filter showed it needed attention, and the washer had an unpleasant smell — that isn’t the standard we expect. I’ve reported these issues to housekeeping and maintenance so they can clean/replace items and address the washer odor. If there’s anything else we could improve to earn 5 stars, please share details via Vrbo messaging. We’d love to host you again.

Location was good. Water leak in condo was disappointing and very inconvenient because it was causing the floors in master bedroom to be wet.

Everything was well stocked with what we needed to use. We had plenty of room for everyone and was close to the car show for us. The only slight downside was that in the pictures for the room with the twins beds made it look a lot bigger than it was in person. We did have someone with us that was taller than the twin size bed but thankfully there was a pullout sofa that was plenty of room.

The condo was clean, nicely furnished and had excellent views. A few more supplies in the kitchen would have been nice. Most units I’ve stayed in had coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar and a left over assortment of sandwich baggies, foil, Saran Wrap, dishwasher detergent, spices for cooking etc. This unit only supplies one packet of dishwasher detergent and one roll of paper towels.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the hot water and understand how frustrating that can be during a stay. We do want to clarify that the issue was fully resolved during your stay, and as a courtesy, you were refunded for the day affected while the hot water was unavailable. Our team remained in communication throughout the process and worked diligently to make progress and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Additionally, had you preferred, we would have been more than happy to relocate you to another accommodation while the issue was being addressed—our goal is always to ensure our guests are comfortable and well taken care of. We truly value our guests and are always available and proactive when concerns arise. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a seamless, 5-star experience in the future.

Nice stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only gave 4 stars because the one balcony door is very difficult to open and the handle is falling off. Grab bar in one of the showers keeps falling out and could present safety hazard. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Cannot wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo. My favorite "perch" was the balcony off of the master bedroom with a sturdy poly material high top table with lifeguard chairs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. From majestic sunrises to a perfect set of interactions with the management staff, it was wonderful, easy and convenient. The location is breathtaking alone but the condo was well outfitted, clean and bright. I absolutely loved being here and will be back... and it will be at THIS spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this condo was extremely easy and confortable. Nevertheless, some things in the condo needs to be repared like the patio doors (very difficult to open and close), the water don’t go fast enough in the bath, one of the lazyboy don’t smell good and maybe needs a little « febreeze ».
