The Bach - Barwon Heads

Our home is a little gem hidden behind gorgeous trees with a rope swing in the garden to keep the little ones entertained. The house itself is perfectly set up for a family with a lovely beach style and cosy feel. The entertaining deck is perfect for summer days with a breakfast bar that has bi-fold windows that open right up. Located on a quiet street with the oval and park just across the road it's an ideal spot. Barwon Heads town centre is a 15 minute walk whilst the beach is 20mins.


Our home has very comfortable beds and everything you should need for a perfect getaway.

The bedroom configuration is as follows:
x1 king
x1 queen
x2 singles
x1 bathroom

All linen and towels are included to ensure your stay is hassle free.

Fire Pit
We have a lovely fire-pit for those winters nights, BYO firewood which can be found at the local service station just a few minutes drive away.

Pets
We welcome pets to our property but expect you to clean after them and we ask you to bring own bed.

Entire Home.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
Guests are required to be indoors by 10pm, in accordance with council noise guidelines. We have many permanent resident neighbours and we need to be respectful and keep the noise to a minimum. You can obviously stay outside a bit longer if you read a book, have a quiet conversation with your partner, but no loud noise after 10pm - noise travels and we want to respect our neighbours and the quiet neighbourhood.

Other rules:

No parties or functions of any kind
No loud music anytime of the day
No bucks, hens & strictly no schoolies.
Families & mature adults preferred.
Please treat our home as you would your own.
Please leave our home as you find it.
Please report any damage to us so we can fix it for the next guest.
