A su familia le encantará el estilo costero del Caribe que ofrece esta casa bien cuidada y bellamente decorada. ¡Solo 5 lotes de una playa salvavidas (en temporada)! Con vistas al océano desde la cubierta superior y el comedor, piscina privada, bañera de hidromasaje, sala de juegos con mesa de billar y 2 salas de estar / guaridas. 3 habitaciones tienen baño privado y acceso a la terraza.
Esta casa está convenientemente ubicada, a poca distancia de tiendas, cines, supermercados y Putt Putt. Sin embargo, con servicios de primera clase, como la piscina al aire libre y la bañera de hidromasaje y una sala de juegos en el primer piso, baño completo y sala de estar con TV, DVD y equipo de música que querrían irse. Un segundo piso que consta de cuatro dormitorios y tres baños completos lo convierten en una excelente área de escapada para pasar un momento tranquilo o descansar en la terraza cubierta para una relajación total. Si la tranquilidad no es lo que desea, muévase a la sala de estar del tercer piso, donde hay un amplio espacio para reunirse con familiares y amigos para comer y divertirse en un concepto abierto de cocina, comedor, sala de estar totalmente equipada para facilitar sus vacaciones con brisa. Por supuesto, los Outer Banks son para el aire libre, así que salga al porche y disfrute de una vista del océano o admire la terraza superior para divertirse al sol. Great house but some minor issues

Overall the house is great, easy check in process, outdoor area with the pool and hot tub were a life saver since the red flags were flying at the beach so week long! Plenty of space for everyone, pool table, ping pong table etc. Proximity to the beach was ideal, 5 minute direct walk, the shed was really well stocked with pretty much everything you could need. There were a few minor issues with wear and tear, mostly to be expected, missing remotes to TVs, a light missing it's cover and so on, as I wrote, primarily minor. The larger issues were that 2 of the sliding doors did not latch meaning anytime we left the house it wasn't secure. What made this frustrating was we emailed the owners and never heard back. Before checking in we also had an email saying check out time was 11am, yet in the notes and on the fridge was a message saying check out time was 10am. Before checking in we had messaged for clarification on check out time and also never got a response. I understand people are busy, but to hear no response to 2 separate messages was a little disappointing. Overall though the stay was positive and we'd consider the same house again in future.

We have been going to OBX for decades but this was our first time in this house and we loved it. The house is beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need and the location could not be more convenient to grocery stores, miniature golf, restaurants and beach access. We especially loved the hot tub, pool and screened in porch. We can't wait to come back!!

Good Location

We had such a good time. The house was spacious, clean and perfect for our family. There was included baby gates and pack n plays for littles. Lots of beach equipment was provided The pool and hot tub were a huge plus. The location was great, close to all attractions and 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Outstanding Family Vacation Home

Perfect location. Very short 2 block walk to the beach at a public access area. Easy access to main roads. Walking distance to grocery stores and cute kid's park. The house is great, easily accommodated our family of 8 adults, 4 children and a dog. Plenty of space in bedrooms (TVs in all bedrooms) and plenty of bathrooms. It is also easy to block off certain areas with baby gates for the toddler and the dog. Kitchen is very well stocked and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor dining seating. Great seating on both deck levels - including a large hammock on the 2nd level deck. Love the screen porch off the kitchen on the 3rd level. We had fun playing pool on the first level, which has 2 separate TV viewing areas as well as a large laundry room and bathroom.Perfect sized, clean pool with plenty lounge chairs on the concrete pad. Great hot tub - easily fits 4 people. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Good for walking the dog. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect beach house

Plenty of bedrooms, kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils to feed the crowd. Nice large gathering place. Made our vacation wonderful!

The house was everything we expected and more! Short walk to the ocean! The fenced in pool area and hot tub were a big hits for our fur babies to enjoy playing fetch around the pool. We enjoyed the pool table on the bottom floor and the bikes from the shed♥️ We enjoyed our stay and appreciate sharing this beautiful home 🏡

Perfect Getaway

Good House for Large Group

We were a 3-generation family of 8 and were very pleased with the number and size of the bedrooms and the number of bathrooms. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house is a little shabby in places and in need of minor repairs (e.g. splinters on wooden steps and rails). The kitchen is very well equipped, and even though the owners said that basics like toilet paper, paper towels, condiments, and cleaning supplies would not be included, they were all there (we had needlessly packed these things). We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. Just a caveat for older folks or those with mobility issues--the kitchen is on the third floor, requiring carrying heavy groceries up three flights of stairs. Overall, we would recommend this house.

Great family trip

Wonderful house with awesome amenities and beach gear! They had linens and towels and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The owner responded quickly to get us what we needed - a baby gate and to unclog the bathtub drains. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The sound from the cars on the nearby main street was a bit loud though. The deck was very enjoyable but is very old with some dilapidated boards, furniture and screens, so that was a safety hazard for the toddlers. Not a deck where young kids can wander around safely. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the shed had all the beach gear you could dream of! Beach chairs, toys, wagons, umbrellas, bikes, boogie boards, floaties - you really don’t need to bring any of your own stuff. We enjoyed that a ton. Very short walk to the beach! Overall loved it.

Slept great!!

Beds are key for us and everyone slept great. The beds were so comfortable. We were disappointed that the hot tub didn’t work. My dad who is disabled was really looking forward to it so that was a bummer. We never could get the lock off the shed with the bikes because it was rusted. Other issues were resolved quickly. We really did enjoy this place.

Prime location!

Starting with the pros- the location couldn’t have been more perfect..2 minute walk to the beach and market, close by bars and restaurants too! Kitchen was pretty stocked with pots, pans, etc. The house was very spacious with plenty of spots for my group to hangout & the check in process was very easy. There were a few concerns. First concern being that you can tell the owners don’t stop by the house often. There was a broken cabinet in the kitchen that was off the hinges, a loose knob on the closet door in one of the master bedrooms, some of the sliding doors didn’t lock, and the worst of all, the hot tub display didn’t work, which meant we couldn’t turn the temperature up to enjoy it. I contacted the owners without hearing back. Communication after check in was nonexistent.. not one response from them. They did however, send someone to check out the hottub, after the first time complaining to them, which would’ve been great if it had gotten fixed. The maintenance guy did fix the display on the hottub, but once we tried turning up the temperature, we realized it was still not working. I contacted the owners for a second time regarding this concern, and did not hear back. Overall, my group enjoyed our stay because we were able to lay out by the pool and walk to the beach but lack of communication with the owners is unfortunately a reason for my group and I to not to come back.

Boys Beach Trip

Good house with a lot of nice amenities! Fantastic location - walking distance to the beach, multiple restaurants, and supermarkets. We had one or two maintenance issues with the house but the owners responded immediately and got everything fixed. My friends and I hope to stay again!

Kill Devil Hills

Great vacation rental for a large family! Plenty of space for everyone. Beach access is very close! Pool and hot tub was a plus! Plenty of yard space to walk your fur babies. Conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and other treats. Walking distance to Goombays. Highly recommended and would stay again!

Perfect Beach Rental if you have teenagers

Spacious 3-level with lots of furnished outdoor space. Four teens and two tweens had the bottom floor to themselves for TV viewing and pool/pingpong. Well equiped kitchen, 2 frigs, ample parking and 300 yards from the beach; plenty of pool chairs, beach equipment... Our 3 families had a great time. We've already booked it again for our family vacation for next summer.

Flavor Hails from Smithfield and so do the Dardens! We love everything water, sand and pork. We are high school sweethearts from the 90's and spent our summers working and living on the OBX. My brother did much of the same, and while living West Coast, wanted a little slice of the East Coast as a retreat and taste of home. For our family, Kill Devil Hills is the classic family getaway and we hope you find the ability to relax at our perfect vacation spot. Bring your Hams and sit them on our Decks!

While Thomas and I could sit on the beach all day, our kids are much more sensible. Lilly wants a pool, Chip wanted a game room, Chase wanted a hot tub like Uncle Carson and well, Carson, he wanted a place to surf on the East Coast. This house is perfect for us and we hope you enjoy all the amenities that make this complete for our family.
