This apartment is only 5 mins walking distance away from the biggest bus and train station. There is no parking allocated to the apartment but there are a few different options around.

The closest secure parking is Wilson parking:

There is also street parking around if you want to try your luck.

Another option is Myer parking

I would recommend always book online since they normally have deals online.

There are lots of things to do when you stay at this apartment, which is ideally located in the heart of the CBD. Brisbane is brimming with exciting activities, events and venues. You may be in town in September when the Brisbane Festival is on featuring the exciting Riverfire.

If you are visiting during October, don't miss the fun-filled Oktoberfest and the novel Brisbane River Duck Race. There is the EKKA in August and always lots of things to do and places to see. Staying at here means you are close to everything.

🛑 No Smoking: Our property is a smoke-free environment. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the home and anywhere on the premises. Thank you for respecting this policy.

🧹 Reporting Issues: Should you encounter any cleaning or maintenance issues, please notify Alice’s Home within 3 hours of check-in. Any concerns reported beyond this timeframe will be considered as your acceptance of the property’s condition.

👥 Guests: Only those listed in your booking are permitted to stay overnight. If additional guests visit, they are the responsibility of the primary guest.

🚫 Conduct: To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and the property, we reserve the right to request a guest's departure if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activity, damage, or potential harm. No refunds will be issued, and alternative accommodation will not be provided in such cases.

🅿️ Parking: Please use the designated parking areas and ensure you park in the spot allocated to your booking.

🎉 Events: Parties, celebrations, or gatherings are not allowed on the property. Violating this rule may result in the termination of your stay without a refund.

🔧 Access for Maintenance: We ask for your understanding in allowing access to the property for necessary repairs or inspections, with reasonable notice. In emergencies, we may need to enter without prior notice.

🛡️ Liability: As this is a privately owned home, neither Alice’s Home nor the Owners are responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises. We also cannot be held liable for lost or stolen personal belongings. By staying with us, you acknowledge these risks.

🏠 Respect for the Property: We kindly ask that you treat the home and its contents with care. This includes using furnishings, linens, and appliances only for their intended purposes.

🤫 Quiet Hours: To be considerate of our neighbors, quiet hours are in effect from 7 PM to 8 AM.

🐾 No Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets on the property.

🧺 Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are not provided. Linens and towels are available for your use, but we ask that you leave them in the apartment. Please also follow the checkout instructions to leave the home in good condition.

🚽 Septic System: Please avoid flushing any feminine products, as this can damage the septic system. If blockages occur due to improper disposal, repair costs may apply.

Lost key fee: $300 or more + plus locksmith and GST.

🛠️ After-Hours Support (If needed)
3 PM–7 PM: $65 + GST
7 PM–10 PM: $85 + GST
10 PM–9 AM: $125 + GST (Subject to availability)

⏰ Late Check-Out: Please note that a fee will apply for late check-out. Standard check-out time: 10 AM.
Late check-out requests need approval.
Late check-out fee after 10 AM: $25 per hour, latest by 12 noon.

Penalties
We encourage you to follow our guidelines to avoid any additional charges:

🛠️ Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to items in the home. This includes furnishings, linens, and other contents. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

🎊 Parties/Events: A penalty of $500 will apply if a party or event is held at the property.

🐕 Pets: Bringing pets to the property will result in a $300 penalty, plus the cost of any damages caused by the pet.

🧼 Cleaning: If additional cleaning beyond standard expectations is required, the guest will be responsible for the extra service cost.

🚭 Smoking: A $500 penalty will be charged if smoking occurs inside or anywhere on the property.

🔒 Security: Tampering with smoke alarms, covering them, or turning them off will result in a $300 + penalty fee.
