Hi 👋 we are an older couple with 2 rooms upstairs in our home for rent: 1 bedroom and a living space with workspace.

We are looking to rent nightly, weekly (or monthly upon availability) to a quiet, single female traveler or working professional as sometimes my husband is not here. Would be great for a travel nurse!

A very clean, peaceful, private and relaxing space including:
- Towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows
- A cozy relaxing little electric fireplace/heater to use
- Air conditioning
- a table/chair workspace
- Microwave to use
- Free coffee, water, tea, continental breakfast, snacks
- Meals upon request (donation)
- toiletries available
- Workout equipment available
- Close to amenities, restaurants, attractions and Halifax/Airport
- Park, tables, walking trail across the street
- Shared bathroom and kitchen
- Deck, chairs, yard and BBQ available

Please no: smoking in home, overnight guests or pets (we have a very friendly small dog but he is afraid of other dogs 😉)

Rates: 50.00 + tax/cleaning fee nightly or per stay, and longer stays available upon request or availability (28 days)
