You are only 3 minutes from the West Leederville train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor, there are about 12 steps to climb fyi. Excellent location across from Mueller Park. Secure parking for any size.

Subiaco is a great place to stay as it is an easy distance to the downtown either walking or grab the free CAT (Central Area Transit) buses. The West Leederville train station is just a few minutes walk away. You will be right across from Mueller Park a lovely spot to relax.

You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and balcony for your stay. The master bedroom has a queen bed. Wifi through out, see your check in instructions. Keys are at the door in a handy lock box. Access to the parking requires you park on Subiaco Rd beside Meuller park on the street and head to the apartment mailboxes to collect the keys and FOB to access the parking area. There is an onsite complex laundry paid machines (we have supplied laundry soap). See your check in instructions for the laundry area code.

This apartment is located within a gated complex. There is ample parking for any size vehicle and you can park anywhere once you have passed through the gate.
