Beautifully renovated large century home. We appreciated the quality bedding and kitchen supplies. We easily made meals for 6 people, every utensil, serving dish we needed was there. Sportfans appreciated the big screen in the Great Room. Loved the outdoor fireplace and BBQ. Lots of parking. Great golfing in the area..Black Bear GC, Loyalist GC. Came home to spacious cozy home each night. Perfect! Cannot recommend highly enough.

A truly beautiful century home, a very well equipped kitchen for those who choose to cook, BBQ and covered deck with fire pit. With 3 couples, it was perfect each having our own full bathroom. The only thing I would add would be a dock for those who would like to bring a boat. Plenty to do and see all within a 30 minute drive, from wineries to boat tours it was a fun and memorable week. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Napanee area.

This property was perfect for 2 families travelling together. Being on the river made us feel like we were in a beautifully secluded spot, but town was a 3 minute drive - so super convenient. Loved that the room with the TV was "off to the side" where it didn't disturb anyone who wandered off to sleep early. LOVED that it has 4 bathrooms! We honestly spent the most time out on the back deck under the gazebo just chilling - whether it with a morning coffee or evening drink. Dinners in the "formal" dining room were a hit. Erica was wonderful to deal with, and answered any and all questions quickly. She even helped me find a bakery so we could get birthday treats to celebrate one evening. We would rent from Erica again in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Splendid extended summer stay in this charming home. All the essentials are provided which allowed us to share our time here with family and friends. Access to the river for paddle boarding or swimming, chairs on the lawn to enjoy the sunset, a fire table to warm around in the cooler evenings. Our first trip to Napanee and surrounding area. Highly recommend this property and our host, Erica.

Erica was a great host. She provided relevent information in a timely manner and replied very quickly to any questions we had. Erica went above and beyond when the water main broke on our arrival day and we had no water. She kept us informed and was eager to ease the situation in any way she could. Erica put a good supply of water in the fridge and bought us some yummy pastries. Luckily for us it was only a few hours during the day and then overnight. The home is beautiful and every room was lovely. It was well equiped with all the amenities. We enjoyed sitting outside under the covered patio while enjoying the view of the river. Would love to come back in the future to further expore the area!

Timely getaway

Lovely, spacious completely restored home in rural Ontario town. Very well equipped. Close to golf courses and Kingston. Beautiful view overlooking Napanee river. Amazing host...Erica.

Beautiful place!

The house is historic, but recently completely redone. Every room was lovely! The covered patio was a great place to sit and visit while looking at the view of the river. The young kids enjoyed playing in the water, and being in the pedal boat with their parents. The house is very well supplied with necessities and beyond. And Erica and John were wonderful hosts. Any time we had a question, they answered very quickly. There is a wonderful playground and splash pad close to the house. The kids enjoyed that very much. Restaurants and a grocery store are only a short drive away in the quiet town of Napanee.

This property was exactly what we needed - beautiful, airy, and cozy, with peaceful grounds. Our family had a wonderful week here. It’s a gorgeous home. Best sleeps I’ve had all year, with calm, relaxing days in the summer heat by the river and in the air conditioned comfort of the lovely house. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
