Thank you for sharing your experience at the Jefferson house. it really is a great home base for biking the Leelanau Trail and exploring wine country. We're so glad the spacious layout and game room worked well for your family and helped make it a fun, memorable stay. Regarding the washer dryer combo, it is new state of the art all in one. It may not be what guests use in their own home. A standard dryer is provided as well. Thanks so much for staying with us.

We're so glad the layout worked well for your family and that the location made it easy to walk to both town and the beach with your grandchildren. We do supply beach towels but not beach chairs, so renting those was a good call for your trip. That said we will be adding a beach wagon and will consider beach chairs in the future. As for lidded containers for leftovers, that's great feedback; we're always looking to improve and will work on adding more since items like that can sometimes go missing over the course of a busy summer. On pricing, our rates reflect current trends in the area, and site fees can vary depending on where you book. We're happy to hear you'd rent with us again, and thank you so much for being our guest.

Indeed, when you are not using stairs all the time you can get a work out at the house. As has been mentioned before, the bonus is the privacy each bedroom has on each separate floor. Regarding blankets, they are kept separately in each bedroom closet. We just recently removed them off the beds for summer but always welcome guests to use what is supplied in the house.
