Stunning Burleigh Heads has recently been dubbed "The New Byron Bay". Foodies and celebrities are flocking to the stunning beachside suburb to dine in the numerous world class restaurants that Burleigh has to offer, such as Labart and Rick Shores. World famous surfers are often spotted with their surfboards on Burleigh Headlands, and the Gold Coast's own Margot Robbie can often be found enjoying a picnic with breathtaking views on view on Burleigh Hill.
The apartment comes with a designated car park (that is more suited to a smaller car), however due to the amazing location you can easily get around the Gold Coast's famous attractions without having to hire a car. Shopping and supermarkets are just an short walk away, as it public transport.
Minut sensors have been installed in all our apartments. These have no cameras or listening devices, but they will alert us to noise, cigarette and vape smoke, and guests outstaying there check out time without prior arrangement.
1) Prohibited Activities
Smoking inside is not allowed.
Parties are not permitted. Pre-approval is required for all events, functions or additional visitors. Breaching this rule may incur extra charges.
Kindly refrain from excessive noise at all times, particularly during quiet hours (23:00 – 08:00).

We kindly request you to:
Return all used cookware, cutlery and utensils to their original spots.
Remove all personal items.
Sort waste appropriately for collection (we will provide the schedule).
Secure all windows and doors, switch off lights, and return keys.
A fee may be charged for lost keys or lockout, or if the property is left unsecured.
Please leave the property in a tidy state.
Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left untidy.
4) For alterations like shortening your stay, early check-ins, or late check-outs, please request prior to your arrival. Please note, these may be limited during peak periods.
Shortening your stay may result in only partial refunds, and rebooking during busy periods might incur additional charges.
5) Damages, Breakages and Losses
All damage or breakage must be reported to us immediately.
Removing or relocating property contents without approval is not permitted. Non-compliance may result in a damage fee.
6) Housekeeping
Please promptly report any cleaning issues upon arrival via your booking platform with photographs. We will endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible.

Welcome to our fabulous apartment in Hillhaven Burleigh Heads! I am so happy to have you stay and really hope you enjoy your time here. If you need anything or have any concerns at all, I am here to assist you in any way that I can.

This apartment is my business and my passion, and I want to give you the most amazing experience possible! I strive to deliver you a level of clean above and beyond anything you have experienced in any hotel or apartment stay. Please inspect the property and notify me immediately if you find any cleaning or maintenance problems, or if there is anything missing. I provide basic amenities and please help yourself to tea, coffee, and anything in the kitchen or refrigerator.
Parking:
You have an allocated car park as mentioned in your check in details, as mentioned in the listing this car space is suitable for small cars only. If anyone is parking on Goodwin Tce please be mindful of over enthusiastic parking inspectors!
WIFI: Free wifi is provided. The network is Burleigh Vibes and the password is waterfrontFUN
Lighting:
There is a remote by the TV for your LED strip, choose your colour and your mood!
Towels:
Bath towels are provided, and there are beach towels supplied in the bedroom wardrobe. Should you require extra towels please contact me. Please consider our environment before using too many towels.
Television:
A smart TV is provided so feel free to binge on Netflix, Stan, or anything you can access.
Bike Hire:
I have a few bikes that you are welcome to use for a very small fee. Simply call or message me and I shall arrange getting them to you. These are subject to availability, so please submit your requests early!
Surfboard Hire:
One of the best ways to experience Burleigh is by hitting the waves like a local! After all, we are located on world surfing reserve! So we are happy to provide a variety of different size boards for you to enjoy. Again, please just let me know so I can arrange these for you, as supply is limited
Garbage:
There is a garbage bin provided in the kitchen, and the garbage room is located outside the lift on each floor. Please place recycling in boxes provided, and rubbish down the shoot.
Smoking:
The apartment is a smoke free zone, however you are welcome to smoke outside. Please dispose of butts thoughtfully.
Public Transport:
There are bus stations located right out the front on the Gold Coast Hwy both North Bound and South Bound. Busses will take you up to Broadbeach where you can meet with the Tram and also to Varsity Train Station. You will can purchase a Go Card at: https://translink.com.au/tickets-and-fares/go-card
Restaurants:
We are blessed to have some of Australia’s best restaurants at our door step! Here are some of my faves:
• Rick Shores – to book at Rick Shores you need to email seatme@rickshores.com.au it gets extremely busy so you may need to book ahead. There is always a chance you can get in without a booking, but I recommend you show up early.
• Burleigh Pavilion – an iconic setting for afternoon cocktails!
• Jimmy Wah’s - (07) 5659 1180 I highly recommend doing a Sunday session at Jimmy Wah’s. Six delicious courses and unlimited beer, wine and bubbly for $69!
• Justin Lane – (07) 5659 1180 Amazing pizza, great atmosphere and super cool roof top bar.
• Labart’s - (07) 5576 3498 One of the newest and coolest additions to the Burleigh Food Hub.
• Zab Isan - (07) 5535 8977 Amazing Thai food and you can BYO! Eat in or take home.
• Montezuma’s - (07) 5535 1973 Conveniently located in the arcade next door, Montezuma’s is an iconic Burleigh Mexican Restaurant
• Stone’s Throw – next door for amazing coffee, delicious breakfasts and the best pies ever!
• Mr Hizola’s - (07) 5576 3458 – Seriously delicious Cantonese food.
Check out – check out time is 10.00am, if you would like to request a late checkout please let me know and if I can possibly accommodate you I certainly will. If not, I am happy to store your belongings for you so that you can enjoy Burleigh without lugging luggage around. When checking out return key to the lock box.
