With a peaceful leafy outlook, synonymous with South Yarra, this apartment has the feeling of an urban sanctuary. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere, accentuated by its bright, open-plan design.

Stepping inside, a modern white kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home. It comes well-equipped for your holiday catering, and you’ll find Toorak Village with its supermarkets, shops and eateries just down the street. Sit down for a meal at the dining table or use this space for setting up a laptop if you’re on a working holiday. There’s a large L-shaped sofa to relax after a busy day along with a TV catering to your evening entertainment.

You’ll then sleep easily in two comfortable bedrooms, with ceiling fans to circulate air. The spacious main bedroom has a king-sized bed, with large, mirrored wardrobes for storing your belongings, and plush carpet. The second bedroom comes with a comfortable queen-sized bed and ample storage space. The bathroom makes it easy to refresh with both a bathtub and shower, along with complimentary boutique toiletries to get you started.

You'll have access to shared laundry facilities, and garage parking is provided for one car with ample off-street parking also available.

Just a heads up, we've got you covered with all the linens and towels you'll need. We also provide some basics, but feel free to grab anything else you might need during your stay. We've noticed guests tend to pick up little extras as they go, and it works out great!

**Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the building's shared laundry area. Please make yourselves at home!

Its leafy streets are lined with prestigious homes and lush parks, while Chapel Street runs through the centre offering back-to-back shopping and entertainment. From South Yarra station you can hop on a quick train and be in the CBD within minutes and a speedy two stops to Richmond, Rod Laver Arena and the MCG. For a relaxing day at the beach, hop on the swift tram to St Kilda Beach. South Yarra is home to Australian designer fashion, heritage landmarks such as Como House and notable dining at Omnia and Matilda. Prahran Market sells everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to gourmet cheeses and fresh pasta, with a food court in the courtyard.
