Overlooking the waters of Wentworth Falls Lake, This stunning 6-bedroom retreat offers the a perfect blend of modern comforts and rustic charm, this house is designed to cater to every desire.

As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious and inviting living area, complete with a cozy fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings. The ambiance is further enhanced by the gentle warmth of a gas fireplace, creating a serene atmosphere throughout.

The swimming Pool is not heated , but the out door spa is heated and on all year round

The rear of the property is only 50 metres from The Wentworth falls Golf Course Hole number 15 or a 4 min Drive to the Club house
Other things to note
The tariff is based on 6 Guests, so if you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum guests 12.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

PARKING
There is no parking in the garage due to the Pool table and table tennis, there is room in front of the garage and also at the top of the block. There is not really any street parking. we have room for 4 cars in total at the property

Respect for our neighbours is paramount so we ask that noise be kept to a respectful level while in residence. In addition, please enter and leave the property quietly.

Please note and respect that Bellmohr is not a "party house". Thank you.

A Piece of Paradise

A beautifully situated property, extremely well appointed. We were very satisfied with everything; there is generous space, suitable for diverse groups, and we were able to gather and separate very easily.There is a very pleasant walk that can be accessed via the rear gate and takes you around the lake.

Lovely spot

A beautiful home with everything you need available to you. Rob was very easy to communicate with and kind enough to let us check out late. The lake views are relaxing. Its a beautiful spot to stay for a weekend.

Celebrating Family

The Bellmohr is an exception house. It is larger than the photos suggest, especially the kitchen where people often congregate to prepare meals, and the dinning room adjacent. The kitchen is kitted out with more than any house we have stayed. No need to bring anything ’in case’. The presentation of every room is extremely well styled with excellent artwork and plants. Could not recommend more highly for special gathering of those you hold close. Would give it a 6 stars out of 5.

Exceptional

Without a doubt the most impressive home I’ve stayed in. We were not expecting such a wonderful, experience with lots to do and see. Perfect location. Even a rainy couldn’t dampen our spirits. You could feel the love and laughter from a happy family home in every room. The owner was so accommodating and answered and questions straight away. We had two very pregnant ladies a 1 very sick lady who was so excited to have time with family and school friends from years gone by. Beautifully appointed and comfort everywhere. Several are looking to book again.The host did not leave a ridiculous list of rules, acknowledging that we were all responsible adults. Thank you for a glorious weekend.

40th Birthday family gathering

A beautifully presented home in a lush setting. We truly had the best time and it was so relaxing. The only improvement we could recommend would be that pool towels be supplied. We used the spa and it was a cold couple of days. We washed and dried the bath towels as we couldnt find any pool towels. Everything else was perfection and we will definitely look at staying again in future.

Blue Mountains Family Stay

This property was a fantastic place to stay for a family long weekend away. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely book this property again. Hosts were easy to communicate with and provided all the information we needed.

Friends weekend away

Wonderful house for a group of friends to explore the Blue Mountains from. Spacious and well thought out floor plan. Close to the main blue mountain villages and walks. Well stocked kitchen of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. We appreciated the opportunity for an early check in and late check out.
