Our heated pool and spa home accommodates 8 guests and features abundant privacy with a 6' privacy fence surrounding the back yard.



The Space:

Step into your perfect vacation oasis where comfort meets luxury in our inviting home. With an open floor plan, coffered ceilings, and an abundance of natural light, our property offers a serene retreat with all the comforts of home. The heart of the home, our spacious kitchen, features a large island with counter-height stools, stainless steel appliances including a grand vent hood, and elegant quartz countertops illuminated by both pendant , LED recessed lighting and a reserve osmosis drinking water system. Adjacent to the kitchen, the laundry room ensures convenience with direct access to the garage. There are 2 cruiser bikes and helmets as well as a children's Pack N' Play that have been recently added to the property for guests enjoyment.



Ideal for large families or groups of friends, our home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main bedroom, nestled at the rear of the home, overlooks the sparkling pool and boasts a comfortable king-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom (#1) offers a luxurious experience with dual sinks, a large walk-in closet, and a glass-enclosed shower with beautiful tile surrounds.



Bedroom #2, facing the front of the home, provides a cozy queen-sized bed, while Bathroom #2 offers a convenient shower and tub combo – perfect for younger guests. Bedroom #3 features a versatile day bed for two, accompanied by a desk and chair, with Bathroom #3 conveniently accessible from the pool area and family room.



Redefining outdoor living, our south-facing pool and spa receive ample sunlight and are enclosed within a spacious pool screen, ensuring bug-free relaxation. The expansive pool deck offers plenty of space for sunbathing, while the spa provides the ultimate relaxation spot. An outdoor kitchen with grill, 2-burner cooktop, and wine fridge, nestled beneath a charming accent stone wall, invites al fresco dining. Additionally, there are 4 chaise lounges, a small high-top dining set, and a cozy seating area for kids on the pool deck. The generous backyard space behind the pool, surrounded by a 6' fence, ensures privacy and ample room for outdoor play.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

Conveniently located less than a 30-minute drive from SWFL International Airport, this retreat recommends bringing or renting or bringing your own car for optimal exploration.



This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 1 week prior to arrival.
