Welcome to charming Tropical Yacting, your sunny studio oasis just a 5-minute stroll from the ocean. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, our rental offers beach essentials like chairs, umbrella, and towels. Enjoy new King-size bed, smart TV, WiFi, AC, and amenities like a hairdryer, iron/ board. Enjoy Juliet balcony and soak up the tropical ambiance. Please note, this room is not recently renovated and construction work on the building facade occurs Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm
The Palm Beach Hotel is a true Historic Landmark and double bell tower Spanish Baroque architectural gem filled with the old world glamour and charm of a bygone era.
The Palm Beach Hotel's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby housing the Palm Beach Day Spa, Washconnect app operated laundry facilities and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.
An ice machine is on the second floor. The building is also within easy walking distance to a wide variety of amazing restaurants & bars.
Indeed, everything needed for your mind, body and spirit: onsite spa, pool & gardens, endless beaches, walking & biking paths, religious & spiritual centers, tennis courts, yoga studios, spas, world class golf courses, boutique shopping, art galleries, museums and entertainment is either a short stroll or quick drive away.
PB Catch, a favorite seafood restaurant and the authentic French bistro, Patrick Lézé Patissier are both located on the first floor of the Palm Beach Hotel. Directly across the street is Palm Beach's favorite sushi restaurant Echo and Publix, a supermarket catering to all your grocery needs. Within two blocks, are an array of amazing restaurants including Meat Market Steakhouse, Trevini Ristorante, Lola 41, Cucina, Henry’s, Almond, the popular breakfast eatery and drugstore Green’s Pharmacy and Amici Market, a gourmet market.

· The Palm Beach Hotel offers a 24-hour staffed front desk which allows for easy, any time of day check-in & check-out.
· Guests have access to the hotel's heated pool, mezzanine library and game room, and the breezeway lounge area - shared with other residents and guests of the building.
· Washconnect App operated laundry machines consisting of washers and dryers are located in the basement of the hotel. Feel free to use them as needed.
· It’s easy to get around Palm Beach without a car, either by walking, biking or Uber. A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18. You can download Circuit App for electric shuttle as well. Or arrange shuttle service with the valet operating in our building.
· Parking -- we offer complimentary valet parking
· Parking in front of the hotel is limited to one hour between 9am and 6pm daily. If you happen to arrive around 6pm, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. Just be sure to move your car by 10 AM or risk a $50 parking fine.
· This neighborhood is a walking and biking delight. Toward the South, there are small shops and excellent restaurants nestled in classic Palm Beach architecture.
· Along the Lake Trail bike path, there are neighborhoods of beautiful mansions, open views of the Atlantic ocean and wide vista's of the intracoastal waterway, including the inlet, marking the northern edge of Palm Beach island.
· Along the front promenade of the hotel is worth mentioning Patrick Leze, an exquisite French patisserie featuring breakfast, lunch, pastries, desserts and much more. Palm Beach has never been so délicieux. Also notable is Publix, a large, affordable grocery store located just across the street.
· Interaction with guests will be minimal to none. The front desk will be informed of the guests names and arrival times as provided by the guest.
