Living Room:

Step into the inviting living room and discover a haven of comfort and

relaxation. This space is designed for comfort, unwinding, and socializing,

with modern seating perfect for curling up with a good book. The room's focal

point is the comfortable, 3-person reclining couch, where you can stretch out

and take in your favorite TV show or movie on the large flat-screen

television. With natural light pouring in through the windows and a warm,

inviting ambiance, this cozy retreat is the perfect spot to relax and

rejuvenate after a day of exploring the Great Smoky Mountains. Whether you're

seeking a romantic getaway or a fun family vacation, this living room is the

perfect place to do just that.



Kitchen/Dining Room:

You will find a fully equipped modern kitchen that offers everything you need

to cook a delicious meal with stainless steel appliances, including a stove,

refrigerator, and microwave, and enjoy the dining room table that can seat

six, with additional seating for six at the kitchen island. Make yourself a

coffee using the Keurig or make a pot in the provided 12-cup coffee maker. You

will find a toaster for a quick morning breakfast. This kitchen has cookware,

dishes to dine on, and all silverware. Cleaning up is a breeze after any meal

using the dishwasher. You will have plenty of space to enjoy a lovely meal

with family or friends. Or sit at the island and enjoy a delicious meal or

snack. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are

provided.



Game Room:

Step out the back door; there is another door to a separate area. Enter the

game room, which is furnished with a foosball table, shuffleboard, and a table

that seats four for playing board games or cards. Also, enjoy a movie night on

the comfy couch or loveseat with the big-screen TV. This space was designed

for fun times with family and friends. You will make loads of memories to last

a lifetime!

On the expansive private back deck, you can rest and relax in the comfy

outdoor seating or let your worries drift away in the 6-person hot tub. Grill

outdoor table to enjoy your meal or relax and enjoy the outdoor tranquility.

Around the fire pit, you can roast marshmallows or relax under the stars.



Location\Roads\Parking:

This cabin is easy to access by vehicle. Level parking space for 4. Just 5

minutes to Pigeon Forge and 10 minutes to Gatlinburg. You will find a Dollar

General nearby or a Food City just 15 minutes away. With such an excellent

location, you're just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has

to offer.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow check-ins

OR check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's

Eve.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code and we

will resend it a week before your stay.

Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason
