Waters Edge 402 - Condo de Clark. Ubicado en el corazón del distrito histórico de Taft en Lincoln City, estará a una corta distancia a pie de mariscos, hamburguesas, perros gourmet, espresso, sushi, galerías de arte, tiendas de comestibles, tiendas de regalos, soplado de vidrio y mucho más. Nuestro lugar en la playa es un gran condominio de un dormitorio con capacidad para 5 y es perfecto para unas vacaciones, luna de miel, escapada romántica o retiro privado. ¡Considere las muchas opciones disponibles para su reunión familiar o grupo empresarial con varios condominios de una y dos habitaciones disponibles en la propiedad! Las horas de silencio son entre las 7:00 p.m. y las 7:00 a.m.

We had a nice stay, enjoyed the beautiful view, walked the beach, but since it rained most the weekend the fireplace was a nice edition!

Would stay again

Only downfall was highway noise...wished we were at opposite end closer to ocean ....and could of checked in earlier. But it was a great place to stay!

Cozy with lovely view

We had a wonderful time staying in this cozy condo. The view was lovely over the Siletz Bay, everything was clean and welcoming. Fireplace and balcony were great touches, and we enjoyed using the games provided. Noise was minimal and the amenities are great!

Nice beach vacation

We had a great time in the unit. Location was great. IGA store doesn’t he steer, walk out the door and I the beach. Watching people dig for clams was fun, flew a kite and Mo’s restaurant down the street.

Better than the pics and description

Delightful condo. The TV was a Smart TV with cable and streaming channels, so better than the description! I had a nice getaway.

Siletz Bay getaway

Close to Siletz Bay wildlife refuge, nice view of Siletz Bay. Clean and comfortable. If you plan to cook dinners as we did, bring your own spices and cooking oil. Only things provided were salt and pepper, coffee filters for drip coffee maker, saran wrap, tin foil. Adequate dishes and cutlery but no serving dishes . Their cookware is nice.

Perfect for a get away for two, the location is good. We really enjoyed staying in Lincoln City, very central for day trips. The view from the condo is fantastic. Booking was easy and info received in email was easy to understand. Would recommend this as a place to stay.

Peaceful … once I got in!

I tried for 90 minutes to navigate VRBO check-in process. Could never find the correct passcode despite many, many attempts. Finally was given lock box code by non-English speaking rep vis phone chat. I was literally crying by the time I got in. Clearly not all visitors are AI literate.

Good But Needs Work

The unit is convenient, comfortable and adequately equipped. It is listed as having Wi-Fi but the connectivity is painfully inadequate. We couldn’t use two devices at the same time. It’s outrageously slow. For all practical purposes, there is no Wi-FI. The fridge works but leaks water. The unit could use a good deep cleaning. But, the view is lovely and the bed comfortable.

Get Away.

Wife and I have stayed at many rental properties over the years. This property was by far the most picturesque. The apartment was very well stocked with everything one could need for the most challenging cooking tasks. We will stay here again.

WatersEdge Condo experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second visit to this condo this year. We visited the coast in May and August.We love this area on the coast and enjoy the Sieltz Bay view.The condo on our second visit was not cleaned well at all. It had particles on the carpet and tile floors. I spent almost a hour cleaning and disinfecting. The sliding glass door had fingerprints all over it.. Very disappointed since there is a cleaning fee that we had to pay. We arrived late on a Sunday,and didn't think anyone from the company would be available to complain to about the lack of cleaning. Water pressure in the kitchen faucet tends to be a problem in this unit.Other than that the condo was good. And we would definitely book it again.

Overall Great Stay

Overall this property provided a great vacation experience. A little disappointed with how close it was to the freeway and how far it was from ocean views but the cleanliness and overall location was safe and a good place to stay. Would recommend to families because of how quiet it is and to vacationers on a budget.

Great views of the bay and you can see the ocean a bit. The bird watching was wonderful from the fourth floor, we saw many species during our stay including a amazing bald eagle family. It was a easy walk to the bay and pleasant to walk to the ocean. Stores and dining are within walking distance. The con is the noise from the highway. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We were disappointed that there was no can opener and the ice maker was not working. Upon arrival it became obvious that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. We saw sand and hair on the floors in the kitchen and bathroom. The dishwasher was full of clean dishes and the coffee pot had not been washed. When we were able to reach management the next day they were very helpful to resolve the issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great - very clean, comfortable, and had all the kitchen utensils we needed for our stay. I liked looking out over the park to watch the sunset, and the bed was comfortable. However, I did not realize how close it was to the highway and the 24/7 traffic noise left something to be desired. It was so loud, I didn’t want to leave the sliding door open, or sit on the lovely little deck. Heavy sleepers, and those who spend all day at the beach, this condo would be perfect.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice but we had a security breach on Wednesday night. We were relaxing and heard something at the door a man and two women had just opened the upper key holder, they got on the phone with the beach vacation representative who was giving this party the code to the emergency box to access the key (they were on speakerphone so we could hear what was going on) my husband opened the door to let them know that the condo was occupied. These people had this condo rented for the 31st not the 30th but the representative would have let them into the condo we still occupied if we would if been out instead of in relaxing they would have entered our space with all of our belongs. This was very upsetting.
