This appartment are one of the finest in this area. Unic interior. Panoramic views of the city and hilltops. 5 roms with 3 bedrooms. Apartment in Dogliani of 105m2. The apartment is newly renovated and in fantastic condition and modern design in a minimalist style. In this you will enjoy the days you are here. Everything is new bathroom, kitchen and furniture. All 3 bedrooms have very comfortable 'queen size' beds and large wardrobes. The master bedroom has its own balcony with a breakfast table and 2 chairs. Terrace with panoramic view and morning sun. The kitchen has all the facilities with a dining table for 6 people and a panoramic view. The living room has a large sofa with space for 6-8 people with a panoramic view, TV bench with smart TV. Nicely decorated with pictures and a separate bookshelf with interesting books for everyone. Separate laundry room with dishwasher and washing machine, iron and storage benches. Hall with mirror and storage bench. The bathroom has marble tiles and a teak ceiling with LED lights. Rainfall shower. Teak interior. Lift and parking right outside the apartment. 200m to walk to the center.The appartment is located 200m from the city centre with supermaket, farmacy, , shopping, restaurants and bars.
We offer our guests a starter kit of basic amenities. Barolo and Barbarresco wines are the most famous wines in the area. But this Are wine to combine with food !!!!. Dont go wine tasting for Barolo and Barbarresco wine without a food combination. 80 % who go to winetasting do this mistake. I recomend Giovanni Rooso vinery because the can combine wine and food. One famous wine from Dogliani, Italy is the Dogliani Dolcetto DOCG wines. Try the Superiore ones. This red wine is made from the Dolcetto grape and is known for its full body, intense fruit flavors, and smooth tannins. It is considered one of the best expressions of Dolcetto in Piedmont and is enjoyed both locally and internationally. Another thing is that The Appartment Are close to the Ligurian beachline only 60 km away. In the wintertime the Italian south alps are only 45 minutes away. Enjoy skiiing in Prato Nevoso. Best food and wine area in Hole Italy. Beautiful hill top towns. Panoramic views all arround. You got a lot for your money compare to Tuscany area. All year arround season 60 km to The Liguria beaches, 45 minutes to Prato Nevoso for skiing. Just amazing.

First of all the service to my clients. Good info on what to do. The interiour design of the apartment with the quality of Furnitures and beds. All the animates you need. The central location are unique only a short distance to the famous UNESCO cities and towns like Barolo, LaMorra, Monforte D Alba, Serraljunga D Alba and Alba city. Barolo and Barbarresco wines are the most famous wines in the area. But this Are wine to combine with food !!!!.
