With king beds in 2 of the bedrooms, 2 singles in the third, ensuite, family bathroom and separate toilet, it’s big enough to accept any combination of friends and family. Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by messaging through your booking platform. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.

Visitors who love the beach will enjoy being just metres from the sand, but there’s more to this very central location than just beach life. Shops and restaurants are close by and the unique Mount Hot Pools are just a 4-minute walk down the road. There’s a separate pool for the young children to play in, one for hydrotherapy and one just for relaxing. You could even treat yourself to a massage.

There is a smart TV with the normal apps you would expect to find. There is a Chromecast attached to the TV which you can cast to remotely.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 10pm - 8am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- No shoes allowed inside
- If you lose the key/swipe tag a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
- Please do not hang any laundry items from the balcony.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
