WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US



Enter Warralily Grange Estate, go past the mature gum trees, and enter Vasse Circuit. Park your car securely in the double garage of the home and enter the front hallway. To the front of the home sits the beautiful master bedroom, fitted with a thick queen bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite with double vanity. The home then opens into the Kitchen, Dining, & Living area; the kitchen is fully fitted out with quality appliances and all the crockery, cookware and dinnerware you need. Off the kitchen bench sits three bar stools, adjacent to the elegant wooden dining table with six suede chairs.

The Living room incorporates three plush couches which look onto the large smart TV with free Wifi available so that you can log into your favourite streaming channels for a movie night. There is also a study nook to the side of the living area.

The living area then leads out to the Alfresco area, which has a lovely stained-timber outdoor setting. Here, you can watch the kids run around the enclosed faux-turfed yard (sorry, no pets).

Returning inside to the side hallway where the main bathroom and other two bedrooms sit.

The Main bathroom adorned in timber, sand-coloured tiles and black tapware, includes a shower, vanity and toilet.

The second bedroom entails a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and a built-in robe.

The third bedroom features two standard single beds, perfect for two kids or smaller adults and a built-in robe as well. All beds are fitted with professionally laundered, quality linen with bath towels also included.

Keys will be placed in a key-safe prior to arrival with access details and local recommendations sent to you via our guest portal.



The Neighbourhood



The property is located on Vasse Circuit in the ever-growing town of Mount Duneed, with new facilities and shops constantly popping up in the Armstrong Creek Shopping Centre, which is a 6-minute drive away. Here you can find Coles, Tom’s Marketplace, Chemist, Hairdressers, Cafes, and Eateries, with a new Library on the way and fast food stops along the Surf Coast highway.

McCubbin Drive Playground, which features a massive playground and fun bike track, is also close to Vasse Circuit, a 12-minute walk away. Another top local spot is 9-grams café, which is adjacent to Bunjils Nest Playground and Skatepark, a 25-minute walk or 8-minute drive away. The property is also located smack bang in the middle of Geelong and Torquey, a 20-minute drive either way.





Getting Around



We would recommend bringing a vehicle to explore Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula; however, If you are not bringing your own vehicle, there are Ubers & Taxis readily available in the area.

There is public transport available via the local bus network accessible on the Surf Coast Highway, a 25-min walk from the property. Where you can catch route 45 Armstrong Creek – Waurn Ponds SC via Waurn Ponds Station or catch route 50 or 51 Geelong Station – Jan Juc via Marshall.

Multiple access issues - could not get access to property on arrival as we were given the wrong PIN for the key safe. Took multiple contacts to sort out the problem. Once we finally got access to the property the door to the master bedroom/ensuite was locked, so for the first night of the stay we were not able to use those rooms. Only gained access to the rooms the next day by immobilising the lock on the door ourselves, the host/management of the property did not offer any solution. Toilet seat was also broken. Management of the property did apologise for the issues however no reimbursement or compensation offered for the inconveniences - not good enough. These issues certainly put a damper on our trip.
