Sinclair Island Beach House on the cliff. Listen to the waves while you relax and watch the eagles and wild life in this private property with the best sunsets of the Northumberland Strait. Enjoy the huge outdoor deck and gather at night around the propane fire pit. Enjoy the amazing indoor shower or outdoor shower and use as much solar generated hot water as you desire. This beautiful home has been completely redone and is brand new on the market for 2024. You will fall in love with this gorgeous kitchen, spectacular tile/glass shower with 6 controls (body washers, rain overhead shower controls with light). The deck is wrap around with full water view. Everyone who comes to this view is mesmerized.

Gateway to PEI

Used this place as a gateway to PEI to take my mom on the Anne of Green Gables tour on PEI. Located only about 20 minutes from the Caribou Ferry Port. Location was amazing…beauty all around and amazing sunsets.

This amazing cottage with a spectacular view of the Northumberland Strait has all the bells and whistles for ultimate comfort and convenience. The deck is designed for an unobstructed view, and the sunsets are incredible. Peaceful and private, walking distance to beaches, enclosed outdoor shower, well appointed interior with all the modern technology, we enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Close to multiple nearby towns, this gem is a must stay if you're visiting Pictou County!

Very enjoyable stay

I stayed in Sinclair Island at the end of the winter and everything was beautiful. The cottage was very clean and very well equipped and the view is simply magnificent.

Gorgeous Sunsets

This property is absolutely stunning. We travelled from Massachusetts with 3 different generations. The layout was perfect for that because there was a lovely bedroom on the main floor with a TV for my parents. They didn’t have to deal with stairs at all. The layout on bottom floor was also perfect for the 14-21 year olds traveling with us. They had their own bunk room , bathroom and living room. This is also where the second bedroom for my husband and I was located . Back to the main floor. There was a beautiful well appointed kitchen. It had everything you would need to cook any kind of meal . There is a dining area but we didn’t use it much because we spent a lot of time around the kitchen island or deck . The bathroom on the main floor is beautiful but THE SHOWER, it’s amazing. I don’t even know how I’ll go back to an ordinary shower. There is also a living room area that faced a huge window toward the water. The star of the show is the DECK. Gorgeous sunsets , family meals and laughs around the fire pit. The neighborhood is lovely too, and we saw deer every day. We took early morning walks with our coffee, visited the wharf and the beach. Perfection…. So peaceful. Mark, the host , was so great. Just a text away when needed and he really thought of everything with this property. We’ve stayed at a lot of places over the years and there’s always something a property is lacking. Not here ! This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at.
