Guests are requested to maintain sounds to their rental area only, and maintain quiet after 10:00 P.M. *We ask that guests enjoy our Florida home, and take good care to maintain it in excellent condition for all. *CHECK-IN time is at 4:00 P.M. We ask that guests respect this, and allow for cleaning and inventory to be completed prior to entering the premises. You will be contacted via cell phone if the condo is ready for you earlier. *CHECK-OUT time is at 11:00 A.M. (in order for cleaning and inventory to be completed for the next guests). *NO life guards are assigned to the beach or pool. Guests are expected to supervise their party and are invited to enjoy all facilities and equipment at their OWN RISK. *For the safety of all, grilling or open fires are not permitted on decks. *This is a SMOKE FREE condo. *Sorry, NO PETS are allowed.

The location is fantastic and centrally located if you want to go to Clearwater,St.Pete’s,Tampa and surrounding areas.Condo is extremely spacious and right across the street from the beach.

Great location!

Super nice place! All the things you need are right in the garage, and Lin was always available for any problem. The beach was right across the street and it was very private!

We had a fantastic in Indian Shores and the condo was ideally located to the beach 2 mins walk to glorious white sandy beach. Our condo was lovely clean and homely with all the latest mid ones and beach cart and umbrellas ☔️ for the beach.

Comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Pool was great. "Toys" were available for us to use. Perfect size for four women. The extra half bath was a plus.

Indian Shores condo

Perfect for our needs. Condo was well-equipped and in the same area where we've stayed in prior years. It's relatively quiet, and a simple walk across the street to the beach. There are also many other things to do in the area within a short drive. It was no problem for us, but renters should be aware the condo consists of 2 levels.

Indian Shores vacation

Property was right across the road from the beach, which was very nice. The condo was very spacious and clean. The washer and dryer was nice to have. All the necessary items were provided and the only complained I have is, that the mattresses on the beds were not very comfortable. Lin was very responsive to my questions. We enjoyed our little getaway. The place is in a nice and quiet area. It was not very crowded at the beach, which was very nice.

Super Location!

Each day we began by walking across the street to the beach (2 min) and getting in some steps on a beach walk. Then on to the pool until lunch- the residents we met there were so friendly and kind that we felt right at home. The rest of the day varied but there is plenty to do to keep you busy if you want (or not busy if you prefer to escape the afternoon heat). The condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults with plenty of space to spread out or party together. We fell in love with the area and will return! Thanks, Lin!

Greta for a small family

The unit is a great value. The location was great w/ easy access to the beach, public access is a very short walk from the property. The pool was nice, with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, tables and restrooms. The unit itself was certainly adequate and fit our needs as a family of 4. The living room was nice w/ a kitchen the meet our needs for breakfast and lunch. The bedrooms were descent size and the bathrooms were nice. There were 2 umbrellas and 2 sets of beach chairs w/ lots of toys. One of the umbrellas broke, which we replaced. There was also a wagon for the beach items. The washer and dryer were also a big plus for drying swimsuits and towels. The only 2 knocks that I would give the unit is: 1) The AC was set as 86 when we checked in, which was way to hot and very unpleasant. 2) The master bedroom bed was 2 twin mattresses pushed together, I read in other reviews about this. Hopefully the owner fixes that. Those mattresses were very uncomfortable. Overall the unit and property are a great value and my family would very much consider staying there again.

This property was disappointing. It needs updated in several areas. The carpet on the stairs, the bed in the master bedroom, the toilets and tubs need replaced. These things are extremely important in our opinion. There were other issues as well, but these were the most important. On a positive note, the garage, washer and dryer, beach accessories, pool and location were great. We have stayed in Indian Shores yearly for the past 5 years and I can say that we did not feel comfortable and will not rent this property in the future. We did communicate our concerns with the owner and she seemed genuinely concerned, so maybe these things will be addressed in time.

Family Vacation

Nice property, the condo has everything you need for beach vacation. There is plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, and beach chairs and wagon to carry stuff right across the street to enjoy a nice beach day! Easy to get to from the airport, nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our vacation here and would go back again.

Indian shores get away

Place was in a great location. Loved that they had lots of chairs , beach cart, cooler for the beach. Bicycles to ride were nice as well. Easy check in , contacting owner was easy and she responded right away. Everything was great except place wasn't cleaned as should have been. Owner now has a new cleaning company. Hopefully will be better in the future! Would stay here again! Thank you!

Great rental Indian Shores

Stayed for a week with my husband and 2 teenagers at this condo. This location is perfect! Nice quite neighborhood and close to the beach, the pool, great restaurants and nature! Condo comes with everything you need to enjoy the beach, just arrive with your sunscreen and swimsuit. Great place, we would definitely recommend! Thanks again Lin, we loved it!

Great start to the summer.

This was our first trip to Indian Shores. The location of the property to the beach was excellent. We were pleased with the property except for the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival. I am guessing it is a cleaning service, but they did not clean under the beds or other furniture. The 2nd upstairs bathroom shower was dirty and had to be cleaned before using. We had a water issue on the first night and Jin was quick to respond to my messages. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of resteraunts and shops within a short drive. Hint: Bay 1 Ice Cream is the best!

Great Location

Overall, this was a good place to stay. We had some issues but the owner was quick to reapply and assist the best she could. There are some issues that need resolved and minor updates are needed. I was expecting a more up to date condo with the price and compared to other properties in area for similar rate. I am not saying it is a bad place at all I just expected more I suppose.

A wonderful location. Grounds were kept very nice.

The house keeping left brand new white towels that had never been washed. They left white lint on everything. They asked that we not wash towels. They should have been washed initially before use. Then they said you may be charged for getting makeup on towels. I suggest buy a few brown facial towels for makeup users. That’s the solution I’ve seen in other units.
