This is the ultimate convenience & location, don`t spend your time or your budget on transportation when everything is just a few steps away!

Ideal spot for the day after a night on the town, or preparing for a special night out celebrating in the city! Bachelor and bachelorette groups are welcome too!

You will be surrounded by restaurants, cafes, many many Montreal festivals, shopping, fashion boutiques, and the world renown Montreal nightlife!

Dozens of options right at your doorstep, and literally hundreds of options within just a few minutes walking.

If you are more than 16 guests let me know, I can host up to 18 people here.

This reservation is for a full town house composed of two apartments. You have exclusive access to both apartments so the full building is there just for you and your guests during your stay!

You and your group have exclusive and private access to the full two apartment townhouse, the whole building is yours!

The space is not shared with anyone else during your reservation.

Your reservation is for a Self-Check-in reservation so I won`t be greeting you in person but I am very responsive to your messages, that is the best way to reach me, and you have my phone number for any emergencies.

You won`t be bored for a minute in Montreal`s famous Plateau district!

Nearby Boul. St. Laurent, Saint Catherine Street, Avenue du Mont-Royal, and Rue Saint-Denis are city hot spot you can`t miss and all in walking distance!

Lined with casual cafes, laid-back eateries, busy bars, and contemporary galleries and theatres. Nearby, Mount Royal Park has popular trails, a lake and views from its namesake mountain. Lawns surround the ponds at tranquil Parc La Fontaine.

There are dozens and dozens of cafes, bars, and boutiques for window shopping all within just a few steps.

The laid-back Plateau area is known as a young, student-friendly neighborhood with streets full of charming townhouses. It has downtown activity but laissez-faire attitude that gives Montreal it`s unique culture and people.

The Plateau neighborhood is the cultural hub of Montreal, and many claim all of Canada!
There are many major and indie events to be found all nearby, from big circus shows, top world-class festivals to tiny underground art houses.

A little further off (10 minutes or less in the metro) you can get to tourism hot spots like Crescent Street, Bishop st, Atwater, St. Catherine street.

There are many dozen options for restaurants, groceries, convenience stores, shopping, nightlife, and cultural events all right nearby, just step away!

10-15 min walk to Multiple metro stations so you can get across or out of downtown super quickly. Including Station Mont-Royal, Station Saint Laurent, and Station Sherbrooke.

Several busses pass out front and on the nearby street corner for quick access around downtown.

Public Bike stations called `BIXI Station` right nearby at the corner.

25 minutes from the airport (Ask your taxi/uber about their Airport flat fee for best price.)

There is a Airport to downtown Express bus #747 that is very useful as well.

Please note that, for security, there`s a camera outside of the entrance of the building (none inside the apartment itself).

AC is installed in late Spring and removed in the fall, I cannot give exact dates as Montreal hot and cold weather varies greatly the past few years, but you will certainly have everything you need to keep comfortable during your stay all year round!

My Check-in window by default is 5pm to 12am(midnight).
You can check in after midnight, but please check with me ahead of time.

I love to chat with my guests, but I usually sleep around the hours of 12am to 8am. If you message me during that time, I`ll always get back to you first thing the next morning. For this reason, I ask you check with me about arriving outside the default booking window.

Sometimes I travel out of town, but don`t worry, I have a team of helpers who can assist you in case of emergencies. They can come to the building if you need anything urgent.

Very rarely, I might need to access the apartment for emergency repairs or inspections. This only happens if there are problems in other parts of the building. I`ll always let you know in advance as much as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
I always want you to have a great time during your stay! While rules aren’t fun, they help ensure comfort for you and future guests. My experience is that most guests are really wonderful, so enjoy the apartment and relax!

⋆NO PARTIES OR EXTREME NOISE
Parties are strictly prohibited. Montreal has world class bars and clubs for you to enjoy. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation, no refunds, and extra cleaning fees. City law requires noise to be kept reasonable at all times. Planning a party? Let me know—I can recommend my friend’s party-friendly property.

⋆NO SMOKING 🚭
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only, not near open doors or windows. A deep cleaning fee will apply for any indoor smoking ($450 CAD).

⋆NUMBER OF GUESTS
All people, including non-overnight visitors, must be declared in your reservation’s # of guests. Each undeclared guest and visitor incurs a $75 / per night fee plus extra cleaning charges (if required). If you have any questions about this, contact me before check-in, I am glad to discuss with you.

⋆NO ANIMALS
No animals are allowed due to a personal critical health reason. This rule is non-negotiable. Feel free to ask for more details if needed.

⋆CLEANLINESS & DAMAGES
The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning of regular use of the apartment, not parties or abuse. Please avoid food and drinks in bedrooms, remove shoes at the door, and dispose of trash properly. Please care for the property and furnishings so future guests can enjoy them too.

*FURNITURE & TWO APARTMENT BOOKING
Please never move furniture, dishes, cutlery, or other items between the apartments. Keep furnishing and furniture where you found them. There is extra cleaning fee required if we must check and move inventory back to the original apartment.

⋆WINDOWS & DOORS
Keep windows and doors closed and locked when not in use. On rainy days and in winter, avoid leaving windows open to prevent damage to the property.

⋆CHECK-IN TIME
Self-check-in is available after midnight, but assistance may be limited if I’m asleep. For support I suggest to keep with the Check-in window, I`m readily available from 8 AM to midnight for any issues and questions, always.
If arriving past midnight, let me know your estimated time in advance and be sure you received and reviewed the check-in instructions sent the day before.

⋆CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are subject to a $65/hour fee past 11:00 a.m. up to 1:00 p.m, beyond 1:00 p.m. resulting in an extra night`s charge(this does not extend your reservation). Late check-out requests must be requested and pre-approved a full day in advance.

⋆KEYS & SECURITY
Lost keys or security items will incur an $85 replacement fee. Emergency assistance for lost items or intoxication-related access issues will result in a $150 charge. In rare situations, if required, we have the right to request a photo ID at check-in (this has never happened before).

⋆LONG RESERVATIONS & SUPPLIES
Basic supplies are provided for the first week. For longer stays, you may need to replenish consumable items. See Amenities for a detailed list of what`s included. Additional cleaning services are available on request.

⋆EMERGENCY ACCESS
Building management may access the property in time of emergencies, mandatory inspections, or urgent repairs. I will always notify you beforehand whenever possible.

⋆PARKING
When using any public parking in Montreal, it’s your responsibility to follow local parking regulations. Always check the signs. Please double-check the parking signage to be safe.

⋆We do welcome Service Animals!
If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so we can arrange appropriate cleaning after your stay, and let us know if there is anything else we can do to help welcome you!
In line with Airbnb and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times,, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation. Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.

The Big Adventures Townhouse was perfect for our group of 9 adults. It is in an excellent location in the heart of Montreal. It is 2 units with a common entry and high ceilings. The first unit the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the second unit is the 1st floor and basement. The basement has one large bedroom, and the other floor have two each. The basement ceilings are much lower, especially in it bathroom. The kitchen and dining areas in each unit were large enough for all of us eat and hang out together. The larger space was is upstairs, which proved challenging for some of the older guests. The water pressure is really good. Each unit has a full set of good quality, modern appliances including laundry machines.
