This chalet is an amazing newly built structure in Granville Centre, Nova Scotia! It’s nestled right on the stunning Annapolis Royal river. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the location is perfect for enjoying the tranquillity of nature. You’ll love waking up to the sound of the river, located five minutes away from the town of Annapolis Royal, where beauty meets history. It is the perfect location: just minutes away from both Annapolis Royal and Bridgetown. TruEast is a chalet, ideally suited to her enviable view on the banks of the tidal Annapolis river. Every thought and detail was to focus on the view. Our proximity to historic Annapolis Royal, 3 km away, gives our guests the choice of a lazy afternoon, or the exciting venues and national historic parks within your reach. TruEast offers both. With three bedrooms (5 beds) and two full bathrooms, we can accommodate 6-8 quests comfortably. It’s the perfect getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation for the whole family or just for two! We found Michael the owner to be very pleasant and responsive to any issue. The kitchen was well equipped and lots of towels for use. We thought there were 4 beds from the description but in fact it was 2 queens and a king. The location was ideal. Quiet beautiful setting on the river. The shore was sandy and the water very swimmable. It was about a 15 minute drive to Annapolis Royal a lovely picturesque town.

Wonderful guests!! We would welcome them back or to any host. ( also Lilly! ) Even though we are in a serious drought and hiking restricted, guests have multiple options in Annapolis Royal and nearby sightseeing. Our home was left in pristine condition. Thank you!!!

Beautiful location on Annapolis River with a couple of furry friends to greet you. Easy to find and only 10 minutes from all that Annapolis Royal has to offer. Besides the abundance of history and a glorious garden, highly recommend the Whiskey Teller, Mad Hatter Wine Bar, Still Fired Distillery and Kings Theatre. House had all the amenities we needed for a 3 day stay that included site seeing and hiking, where we could due to wildfires.

My family and I were here at a difficult time. Our hosts were right next door and gave us the space and support we needed to get through a difficult few days. Their kindness will always be remembered. The property itself was pristine and a perfect sanctuary for us. Comfortable and welcoming. The view was spectacular.

Perfect deck to enjoy the view!

Great deck to enjoy the beautiful river view. We enjoyed watching Eagles, Osprey snd Cormorants while we were there. Rental is private with only one neighbor (the rental owner) but less than 10 minutes from Annapolis Royal and a short drive to Digby. The owner was prompt in responding to any questions we had. The rental was clean and comfortable.

New Home Stay

This new home was at the waterfront. Very clean, comfortable beds, good communication with host. The kitchen needs a vent under the range hood. With the exception of a smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night, we enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful Tranquility

We have just returned from a ten-day stay at this stunning location. The pictures do not do the listing justice, it is situated right on the river with an incredible view. The hosts were welcoming, kind, and went out of their way to make our stay work well for us. They have been extremely thoughtful about how this verbo has been set up for guests and we found everything we could possibly wish for our stay provided. A legitimately cookable equipped kitchen is a rarity. We did the majority of our shopping at local farmers markets, The Red Onion and seafood vendors and were able to find everything we needed. This Verbo is immaculately clean and lovingly maintained. Our jaws dropped when we walked in, it was a very pleasant surprise. We are already planning our return visit, highly recommended and the surrounding area is beautiful.

Gorgeous property in a peaceful and central location for a get-away exploring the Annapolis Valley. The house is incredibly spacious, bright and comfortable. Perfect balance of having everything we needed for our stay without being crowded or cluttered, including stocked kitchen, loads of towels and storage space to unpack and settle in. Impeccably clean and furnished with coastal maritime decor. The bedrooms were all large with comfortable beds. The kitchen - again spacious with an island and dining table- and living area faced the gorgeous river view, with French doors leading to the large deck compete with comfortable furniture for lounging, dining and enjoying the view. Perfect location- 10 minutes from Annapolis Royal, and an easy drive to Digby or Bridgetown. Lots to explore in the area without spending half a day in the car!Mike was an excellent host- always accessible for any questions and eager to help! Highly recommend this for any Annapolis area stay. Perfect for couples, families… you won’t regret it!

Beautiful home and location right on the river. Wish we had more time at the house. Host Mike was enjoyable and informative. Only hiccup is 3 beds, not 4 at the house, but a nice large sectional piece that is twin bed sized. Would love to venture back!!
