Taupo Penthouse is a very spacious three bed room apartment. It is luxuriously appointed with modern interiors and furnishings. Featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to frame the unbeatable views of Lake Taupo. The Apartment has under floor heating and an ambient gas fire. The Kitchen is state of the art and a focal point of the living area. This is the perfect place for a special getaway with loved ones.

The Bedding configuration is 1 x King, 1 x Super King (or two singles), 2 x Singles (or 1x super). This stunning penthouse apartment can sleep up to 6 guests

Rates are based on the time of the season and numbers of guests. Weekly rates and longer stays are welcomed. Please enquire for additional information.

Stunning property!!

Absolutely delighted when we walked through the door and viewed the actual property and realised the listing didnt do it justice. Amazing views, excellent organisation of kitchen draws and cupboards and overall was very pleased with our choice and will definitely stay again! Only a couple of things we would like to give feedback on: Lift out of order, completely fine as it was mentioned in tbe listing but carting heavy suitcases two floors up isnt ideal. Cleanliness of the property - when you looked it was surface clean and we were happy but if you looked at places that werent first sight it needed some work. The outside is stunning but covered in cobwebs but a little tlc could sort that out. Only other thing was switch in bathroom was broken and needs to be fixed and the lock box was broken and caused confusion about leaving the key on departure. Other than these minor details highly highly recommend booking!!!!

Had a lovley summer stay

Great location. Not having the lift working is disappointing and did find it a little hard to relax with family coming and going when you are conscious of stair noises with the apartment below. Absolutely beautiful view and lovely apartment. Loved it.

Needs refurb ungently and would then stay again.

Very good position however this once impressive penthouse apartment is still top dollar but far from top dollar condition. Needs a lot of work to justify the daily rate charged.

Tranquility at it’s absolute finest!

Waking up to the sun rising behind the peak of Mt Tauhara with it reflecting off the glass of the lake through the sliding aluminium doors with the sounds of the native birds and ducks is something we don’t experience very often. Family took advantage of the mass volume the spectacular views and surroundings this apartment had to offer. Internal garage was perfect for all the toys and the lift was that little extra wow factor for all the luggage. Would highly recommend and would also rent again.

Beautiful place but watch their refund policies

The property was fantastic, easy to get to, great view, plenty of space and nice to stay in. We had a family member who could'nt travel because of illness so we got charged for the full amount even though we had less numbers. I thought this was a poor.

1st class!

Second time we have stayed and it didn't disappoint. This holiday apartment overlooking the lake in beautiful Acacia Bay is 1st class. Great facilities, view is amazing, and only 5 minutes from Taupo centre. Will definitely be back!

This property was just as beautiful as the photos show! We felt pretty special to have the opportunity to stay here. It was spacious and lovely to be able to enjoy all the beautiful views of Lake Taupo. Availability of toys and games for my 2 year old son was an unexpected treat. The apartment was easy to access from city center, but nicely tucked away from the busy part of town. A nice bonus to have laundry facilities available in the apartment.

Heaps of space and great outlook. Situated approximately 10 minutes from centre of Taupo. Great that fresh bedding and towels are provided, and that they are of good quality. Only downsides were soft mattresses and worn crockery and cookwear. Would stay again

We were a party of 8 cousins who were getting away together for the very first time. This property is absolutely stunning!!! Its modern, spacious, with incredible views. Bathrooms are luxurious with great shower pressure. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen has everything a latge group needs and then some. Only downer would be the unfriendly people who live downstairs who complained to us about music within 30 mins of us being there when it was not very loud at all. Otherwise. ??

Property needs attention/maintenance. Lights in the kitchen above the cook top didnt work which made it very dark and the expelair dosnt work. The faucet in the kitchen is loose and needs fixing, as does the faucet on the shower in the main bathroom - it fell to the floor the first morning when we used it. Lighting in bathroom is very very dim (no good for applying makeup) so we could have used the mirrored area in the main bedroom - but unfortunately non of those lights are working either.

This is a wonderful property for a holiday and will definitely be back in the summer months as it was not the weather to take advantage of the lovely bay. Views were amazing and layout fantastic for extended family with baby. Breakfast was ordered the first morning which was more than we expected and delicious, well worth it! Could not fault the accommodation and the management of this property. Thoroughly recommended.

I have traveled extensively and have been an owner of a vacation renta in the past. I can say that this property is exceptional. Hands down one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed in. Immaculate, well organized, well located and with truly supreme views. Each room looked like it was right out of a magazine. Clean, no smells, well insulated. The owners clearly thought of everything. Recommended highly and without reservation. This place is a sure thing.
