Located in the quiet beachside town of St Andrews Beach you will find this cosy bungalow.
Trade the sounds of the city traffic for the sound of rolling waves at this peaceful retreat.
With an Ocean beach a 400mtr walk away, Award winning brewery around the corner (5mins) and incredible golf courses close by (5mins)
If its relaxing you are after, the Peninsula hot springs and Alba Thermal pools are 9 minutes away.
Shore Thing Beach Escape is set up all year round to welcome guests with an open bedroom, kitchenette and ensuite.
Split cycle air conditioning/ heating makes the space as cosy and comfortable in no time. The windows are also heavily tinted for the guests privacy. Shore Thing Beach Escape uses Fresh rainwater collected from the roof.
Guests are welcome to use the entire bungalow, shared deck and BBQ area. The Outdoor space is shared with the owner of the main residence. Guests also have their own private well lit up side access, so they can come and go at any time they please.
Please not we have hens on the property that you may be able to hear when they are laying an egg. Also there is a main property at the front of the block.

I am an urban beekeeper and Veggie gardener by the coast! I raise chickens, quails and my son, Henry. I enjoy Stand up paddleboarding and woodburning. I love being a host if I get to meet guests and help them out with local attractions worth visiting and dining recommendations.

Coming from the small coastal town of Merimbula, I have settled here in St Andrews beach as it reminds me of Home. I love the feel to the area, frendly locals and surf beaches. I find St Andrews Beach an amazing place because of its rolling hills and rural farms and its surf coastline. I feel lucky to live in such an incredible community and beautiful location and I am proud and excited to share it with guests.

We built Shore Thing Beach Escape as a family project after we lost the old shed in a storm. What makes it unique is that it was built and created nearly entirely from recycled materials. The location of Shore thing Beach Escape is also quite special as it is 9 minutes from the local thermal springs, 5 minutes from St Andrews beach Brewery, world class golf courses nearby and 400mts walk to the local beach.
