This brand new, luxury, Roman inspired villa is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley but you'll feel like you're holidaying in Italy. Boasting 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms you'll be accommodated in complete comfort with air conditioned bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms to all but one bedroom and spacious living areas, one with gas fireplace and both with large flat screen TVs and HiFi audio systems. It's the perfect destination for a group of friends or family to enjoy all that beautiful Wine Country has to offer.

Bedroom 1 Queen + 1 x single ottoman bed (upon request) with all abilities ensuite
Bedroom 2 Queen with ensuite
Bedroom 3 - Queen with ensuite
Bedroom 4 Queen + 1 x single ottoman bed (upon request) with ensuite
Bedroom 5 - Queen
All of the bedrooms are spacious and feature a sitting area. SPQR has a games room that includes a full-sized billiards/snooker table with darts and a bar area, an internal gas fireplace in the main living room and bedrooms which all surround the central courtyard. Cook and share a meal in the well equipped kitchen where you can dine as the meal progresses, meaning even the cook can be social! As a guest of SPQR you will have access to the estate's shared swimming pool and tennis court. There's plenty to keep you entertained if you choose to stay in or just minutes away are some of the Hunter Valley's award winning vineyards and restaurants, waiting to be explored.
Please note: The villa features an open water fountain, and we kindly ask that all children are supervised at all times. It is not suitable for children under 5 years however babies who are not yet mobile are welcome.
