This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome is right in the heart of the restaurants
and shops on Old Mammoth Road! Walk to everything and enjoy the free purple
line shuttle right outside the condo! This spacious split level floorplan
offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Enjoy the convenience of a
two car private garage, and private washer / dryer laundry room. The living
room on the main entry level features a large flat screen TV with games and a
DVD player, a cozy wood pellet stove and a large comfortable sectional couch
to gather. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need to cook meals
in with friends and family, and a Keurig coffee maker. On the upper level you
will find both bedrooms and the full bathrooms. The primary offers a Queen
bed, and Twin over Twin bunk beds and flat screen TV. With an attached full
bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a Full bed with
second full bath with shower. This townhouse is located within the Tamarack
community on Sierra Park Road, and offers a community pool and year-round hot
tub, community BBQ available Summers only. The garage has a boot warmer and
offers parking for two standard size vehicles, there is an additional outdoor
parking spot parallel to garage access allowing a total maximum of 3 vehicles.

enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness
