Bell Trials for Track and Field Nationals and Olympics
Yves’ abode is a lovely penthouse that is immaculate (and boasts all amenities) that is well located close to the sports venue with many convenient small businesses in a quiet neighbourhood for dining and taking a stroll. Would love to stay here again.

Quiet Montreal Stay
We were looking for a place which would have enough space for 4 of us, which would have a parking spot available, and also working space within the condo. This apartment had all of that! I am sure that similar property closer to the downtown would be much more expensive. With the ongoing construction season in Montreal, it was a bit challenging to get to downtown driving, and we didn't try metro, although the subway stop was quite close to the condo. Beds are super comfy, you will have all kitchen utensils, and location of the parking is great, we loved our stay here. You might struggle with stairs, they are quite steep, and could be tricky for some people.

Very late review. We stayed here last August while my daughter was down here in the hospital. It’s a very nice apartment. It was a 10-15 minute drive to the hospital. It’s in a great location. There’s an amazing pizza place right across the street from it. Walking distance to a park and other little shops. It’s quiet and very well maintained. It had plenty of room for us and for our other daughter and our 4 month old granddaughter. It comes with everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The beds, very comfortable !!! The owners were great to deal with and provided some very helpful information for us non French speaking Albertans. Highly recommended staying here if you are ever in the area. Oh, I will say there is parking in the back, the steps up got to me a first, but after a couple of times up and down they were no biggie. There are also steps out front.

Nice Place
This was a great place for our needs.
Recently we had to meet in the laval area for unfortunate circumstances.
The area was perfect for us.
Metro was a short walk when we needed it and it was only a 15 min ,metro ride to downtown.
We used the metro twice during our stay.
Parking was fine and we had two vehicles so we made it work. The rooms are a good size and very clean.
having the laundry available was very convient especiallly for my friends from BC.
Great kitchen facilities, very large fridge and stove.
It is in the path of the airport however i must say when sleeping it was never an issue. Even during the day time I rarely heard the planes.
The only issue I might point out is the fact there are stairs to get to the unit. Not abig issue unless you have mobility concerns. For us it was not an issue at all.
Overall it was a great stay that met our needs.
I would highly recommend this place to any of my family or friends.
