Great 3 bedroom, 3 bath, bayside 2 story single-family home with a good size outdoor patio! Full kitchen, living room with a fireplace and bay views. Upstairs, the spacious master suite has a queen bed, sitting area with a couch and beautiful views of the bay. An en suite bath with tile and a tub/shower combination.

The Space:
Come enjoy this 2 story bayside home on the peninsula! Located between Fernando Street and Alvarado Place, this home is walking distance to shops, restaurants, Balboa Pier and bike rentals. This home features a spacious front patio, fireplace, stainless steel appliances and bay views!
The kitchen, a full bathroom, two living rooms and dining room are located downstairs. The living room has lots of seating to relax around the TV. The dining room table seats six. Stainless-steel appliances, dual sink and plenty of counter and cabinet space make the kitchen very family-friendly! A recently remodeled den with a flat screen TV and a large comfy sofa provides a separate space for relaxing. A nearby bath has a walk-in shower. The front patio has a table that seats six, an umbrella and charcoal BBQ, great for grilling family favorites!
Upstairs, the spacious master suite has a queen bed, TV, sitting area with a couch and beautiful views of the bay. An en suite bath has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed and sliding glass doors leading to an outdoor deck with a table and chairs. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, one with a trundle and a closet, great for hanging clothes. There is another full bathroom between the second and third bedrooms.
The front bay view patio is furnished with a charcoal grill and two tables with chairs. The larger table has an umbrella. The patio is an ideal spot to grill up family favorites while enjoying cool bay breezes.
The large furnished side deck off the back bedroom on the second floor allows guests to relax al fresco or just enjoy the breeze.
The one-car garage also has a full-size washer and dryer. The garage is available during the summer only - street parking only Sept to mid-June.
Balboa Village is a short stroll away. Take the ferry to explore Balboa Island and its many boutiques and eateries or rent a bike and pedal the boardwalk to access the entire Peninsula. Visit the Newport Pier area with more shops and local eateries. The area offers endless options for family fun!

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
