Lakefront 3 bdrm Getaway, north Muskoka near Huntsville
Your PERFECT getaway!! Comfy 3 bedroom waterfront cottage on Clear Lake, 15 min from Huntsville.
Rather private – on one side it’s forest, on the other the neighbour is 100' away and screened by the trees. Great place to enjoy cottage life and swim, hike and sing songs around the fire! Over 100' frontage, natural shoreline with outdoor fireplace.
Sleeps 6. Main bedroom w double bed, 2 bedrooms have bunk beds that are double bottom, single top. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Washroom with shower, no bathtub.
There are 4 golf courses in Huntsville and 24 within 20 minutes.
Our favourite Provincial Park is just minutes away - Arrowhead Park, with lovely walks to the small falls and so many great hiking trails! Algonquin Park is close enough to enjoy day tours, you can rent a canoe there and picnic among the trees made famous by the Group of Seven. For a night-on-the-town with dinner and entertainment, Deerhurst Inn and good restaurants are within 1/2 hour of the cottage. There is an excellent Tourist Info Centre about 4km north of Novar on Hwy #11 with helpful staff and lots of brochures detailing interesting places to go as well as upcoming events in and around the area.
There are lots of antique shops, artist studios and galleries, beautiful provincial parks, first rate music festivals ranging from jazz to opera.....
PLEASE NOTE:
1. we do not supply bedding or towels (we do supply comforters and pillows)
2. We do not have cleaners and you may rent only if you agree to leave it clean for the next guests (we do have cleaning supplies at the cottage) and take your garbage and separated recycling to the dump (4 min away).

- Guests must: Leave the cottage clean and take garbage and separated recycling to the dump. Recycling in provided bins, garbage in clear bags, dump is 4 min away, open Fri-Tues 8am-4pm. Leave the cottage clean and ready for the next guests. Dishes washed & put away, fridge wiped clean. Comforters nicely on beds. Rugs vacuumed, floors swept and bathrooms clean. We provide cleanser, Mr Clean, j-cloths, windex, brooms etc.
Waterfront cottage in a forest, enjoy the property but understand that you use at your own risk. We do NOT have lifeguards or park rangers. - We have a septic system and holding tanks with pumps. NO diapers, sanitary pads, cigarettes
