3 dormitorios, 2 baños cómoda, acogedora casa que tiene capacidad para 6-8. Ven a pasar unos días de relax en esta casa, limpia en un barrio seguro.

Esta nueva casa tiene 2 salas de estar con TV de 42 "en la sala superior y 50" en la sala inferior. Una chimenea de esquina en el salón superior y una chimenea de cristal con control de temperatura ajustable en la sala inferior. El concepto de cocina abierta da paso a una sala de estar y hace que sea agradable para estar juntos mientras se prepara una comida. Está listo para su uso con platos, ollas y sartenes nuevas, y los elementos esenciales para cocinar u hornear. La mesa tiene capacidad para 6 a 8 y tiene una hoja disponible para acoger hasta 10 personas. Pasa por alto una enorme terraza con una fenced- en el patio y el jardín de flores con una fuente (no en uso en el invierno); También una parrilla y patio conjunto con un paraguas en voladizo. El nivel inferior tiene una nueva lavadora y secadora LG y tiene un espacio escapada para que los niños ven la televisión o reproductor de DVD y VCR con películas disponibles.

Great home in a great area!

We had a great stay at this house in Omaha. The property is very clean, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay! The property manager is very responsive, and super welcoming! We will certainly book again in the future!

North Omaha Stay

Very quiet and peaceful. Susan and Tim are great people and are excellent hosts. She will go over all details with you at check in and are very close to the property if you have issues. Just a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Will staying in the home I was working on a job site 4 minutes away and stayed for 2 weeks. Felt like home.

Lovely Home and great location!

Very clean and the location was great. Easy to get on the interstate to get to anywhere in town with all of the necessities nearby! House had everything we needed to stay comfortably. Check in could be improved without a face to face. We would prefer a contactless check-in.

Thank you David for staying and the review. The main reason for check-in procedure is to hand you the garage remote that allows you to use during your stay. It is convenient to use during rain/snow weather. Also, is allows me to verify "no smoking" or pets allowed. A previous review stated the "house smelled of smoke" which was completely fabricated as you and all other guests for the past 6 yrs can attest. Also, check in usually takes around 10 to 15 minutes depending on how many questions guests may have - and is appreciated by many guests. Thank you again and you are welcome back to stay anytime.

We rented this house for our son and some of his wedding party; with significant others. The group had a great stay and enjoyed having a place they could relax and enjoy friends there for the weekend. We appreciate being able to rent a home where they were all together, and not several hotel rooms where they would be seperate, and then driving around to find a place to celebrate and hang out

Spotless

We had a girls weekend to attend a concert and chose this VRBO for the six of us. Susan's house was spotless and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Susan's attention to detail was greatly appreciated and she was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home with great amenities

The house was absolutely perfect for my group's short weekend stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the family rooms on the main floor and basement were great. Everything we needed for cooking was provided. We had a small BBQ and the grill, deck, and backyard were great. Susan was wonderful to work with and was very attentive to any needs that I may have had. Overall, the experience was definitely deserving of 5 Stars.

House full of rules.

The owner is not friendly.The house is full of rules. Owner doesn’t want your family and friends come over and say hello.Owner has some one spying. And reports everything you do in and out of the house and how many people are coming over for a talk.She will charge you for family and friends coming over for visits.Family and I were supposed to be staying 4 nights there, but we had to check out a day earlier because she called us and said she had a call from her spymaster that they were more than 20 people come in and out of the house.She has a cameras every corner of the house.She told me that, No visitors.

I have been with Vrbo for 10 years and 99% of hundreds of reviews give me 5 stars. I am extremely hospitable to all guests and friendly. This guest lied to Vrbo and me about the number of people staying. He told Vrbo 2 guests and there were 7 guests. I have brand new carpeting throughout my home and he invited 25 people to stay that had wet shoes from the rain come into my home and damage the carpet. I have NO cameras in my home and know this is against the law! He states he checked out early on the Vrbo site as they drove from Arkansas. I did not ask him to leave nor did I call him. I never ask guests to leave early and if they want to extend their stay I accomodate them. He messaged me on the Vrbo site stating "Thank you very much for your hospitality. My family and I enjoyed staying in your home". "I really appreciate you letting us borrow your stuff while we were here". -- his exact comments. His review is slanderous and entirely untrue! My home is very beautiful, clean - some guests say spotless - and I go out of my way to make your stay wonderful! This kind of slanderous review should not be allowed on Vrbo.

Perfect Spot in Omaha!

Our Omaha rental couldn't have been nicer. Susan rolled out the "Red Carpet," meeting us at the house with freshly baked cookies. The home had plenty of space, and we were able to park in the two car garage. It was conveniently located and close to points of interest. There was a wonderful deck, and back yard, I just wish the weather was a little better so that we could have enjoyed outside more. The house is set up so that you can enjoy each other's company without being too crowded. The kitchen was well stocked, and the ROKU TV gave us plenty of viewing choices. We couldn't have selected a better place to stay for our visit...

My daughter missed an important event because Susan insisted on meeting everyone. I have no idea why that was necessary. She insisted on meeting and what should’ve been a five minute handover of the keys turned into a 40 minute lecture. There’s towels but don’t use them, There’s a stove with the kettle on it, but don’t use the kettle. if you don’t want people in your home then you shouldn’t be hosting on vrbo. Probably the worst is that several of us were very sensitive to smoke and this house was definitely not smoke free it reeked like a wet ashtray. We had to have the windows open at all time because it was overpowering. I hung three dresses in the bedroom closet for our three nights stay and they are now all in the wash with the rest of my clothes because it smells like I’ve been in a bar all weekend. There are amenities, mostly complementary of United Airlines along with snacks from 2017. She also insisted on taking our photos and a picture of my son‘s drivers license which is beyond creepy

I've been a homeowner with Vrbo for over 10 years. 99% of reviews are 5 star and truthful. Saramary's review should not be allowed since it it completely dishonest and not truthful. She is upset because she damaged many things in my home and Vrbo didn't give her $300 back! She also asked for a complete refund of her stay which Vrbo did not give to her. Upon entering my home she states "This is really beautiful" no mention of any kind of "smoke smell" which there was none. No one has ever smoked in my home. Her daughter is very young and nothing mentioned about any kind of event she had to attend. I meet/greet all of my guests to hand them the garage remote, wifi code and some details about the home. Takes a quick 10-15 minutes and other reviews comment on how nice this is. There are plenty of towels in each bathroom -- 20-30. The display towels are to make it look welcoming. In a comment to Vrbo she states she had to dry clean all her clothes but her review states "in the wash". I have brand new carpet throughout my home and there was ground in food and dirt spots everywhere. I purchase snacks and there were NO expired dates all were fresh. I request a drivers license just like all motels require this! She is trying to defame my 10 year- 5 star reputation with her slanderous and untrue comments... Future homeowners beware of her! Future guests will know this is a super clean, some guests say spotless, relaxing, and fun home to stay in. Thank you for reading.

KNOW before you stay here - all facts here, folks

I am a true believer in giving an honest and open review for others – not at all to bash the owners, or hurt someone’s feelings. Transparency and trust, for me, is vital with Vacation Home Stays – for both the customers and the owner/leasing company. This all starts with how the home is being presented in the posting: PRO’s: Rooms were tidy / Host was very gracious with toiletries – so nice / Decent location / Bunkbed was fun for kids / 2 sitting areas to watch TV – came in handy with kids / Netflix in the house – what a treat! CON’s: Personal check-in and “How-To’s” with the owner not all necessary in my opinion / King size bed that was stated in the posting had small print next to it that we missed – it is a tremble bed, not a king-sized bed / The house is dated - I believe the ad stated that the house is new – maybe it was the wording? It’s an older home, folks / The house stays very hot in summer in the upper portion of the home. This is just by the design of an older home, as the A/C is down in the basement, and the bedrooms at the top where we slept were not comfortably cool until after 2am – even on the second day. Really dirty comforters/bed cover with fresh brown smear marks on one, and had a huge amount of mucus or some kind of discharge from a human body. Was truly grossed out, and I had to smell and check all of the covers in the house that we were using. The hard part was trying to make my daughters feel comfortable after seeing this.
