Licensed by The City of Thorold and conveniently located on the border of Thorold/Niagara Falls, this home is ideal for family getaways, weekend trips, and remote work, with the option to experience all the Niagara Region offers.
Only a 15-minute drive to the Falls, Clifton Falls, Outlet Mall, Golf Courses, Canada-USA border and other points of interest.
The space
Welcome to our luxurious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly built townhouse, open concept located in a quiet family-friendly neighbourhood. Close to a variety of amenities: Grocery Store, Walmart, Costco, and many restaurants.

This is the perfect place for the budget-conscious traveller to unwind while enjoying the comfort of home away from home.

Our fully equipped kitchen boasts a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pot, pans and utensils.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire home except for the storage closet in the passage upstairs and a room in the unfinished basement. The latter is reserved for the Cleaning Staff.

Very clean. Nice location, close (within 20 minutes) to Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls. Quiet environment. Close enough to groceries.Thanks to the host who contacted us upon our arrival and with a personal welcome note and little snacks.She responded very quickly to all our questions.Again thank you, we really did appreciate our stay.

It was a pleasure hosting Ginette and family. They were incredibly respectful of the property, left the space spotless, and followed all house rules perfectly. What truly stood out was Ginette’s thoughtful feedback, which provided valuable suggestions for improving the guest experience — something I truly appreciate as a host. Communication was clear and courteous throughout the stay. I would gladly welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts!

Clean, well equipped, quiet stay!

We absolutely loved the property and would stay there again! It is a new construction neighborhood but this particular house is on a street that is complete and we had no problems with noise whatsoever. Located about 15 minutes away from most attractions and very little traffic. Very easy to get to and from places and lots of convenience located near us such as restaurants, walmart, pharmacies, gas, and coffee. Inside the house is extremely clean and well-equipped. Sufficient towels provided as well as sheets, blankets, and pillows for the bed. Some toiletries provided. Plenty sufficient to get started. There isn't sufficient space for a family to sit and watch TV. There is a very small couch that is not family friendly. I brought my beach chair in and set on that to watch tv. Mind you, we were not at the house much, but would have been nice to have somewhere to relax when we got back from a long day. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable! Bathrooms are plenty big enough. Post was very quick to respond to any questions. I didn't have any concerns, just overall questions and she was always very quick to respond. She even provided some entertainment and food options because we are not at all from the area, which was very much appreciated. Overall, excellent experience and would absolutely return to this property again!

We would be delighted to have the opportunity to host you again. Regarding the toiletries, our cleaning staff informed us that you purchased additional toilet paper and paper towels, some of which were left behind. There were three unused rolls of toilet paper left, along with the paper towel in the kitchen. The staff assumed you had a personal preference, which is why you chose to purchase your own. As for the couch, you are the first guest to provide such feedback, and we appreciate it. Each review, whether positive or constructive, gives us the chance to make improvements that enhance the space. While the space is limited in size, making it challenging to accommodate a larger couch, I will have the team reevaluate and explore available options.
