Guest Access:

Our home is thoughtfully prepared to ensure your comfort and convenience throughout your stay. You’ll find ample closet space and bathroom drawers to help you settle in and truly feel at home. Please feel free to enjoy all kitchen amenities, and we kindly ask that everything is treated with care.



To ensure a seamless arrival, a Welcome Letter will be sent one day prior to check-in. This message will include all essential details for your stay, including check-in instructions, access code information, and property guidance. Upon arrival, you’ll find a lockbox on the front gate containing a key designated exclusively for your stay.



Guests will have full access to all rooms in the home, including the garage.



Please note that the golf course and its walkways are private property. For everyone’s safety and in accordance with PGA West rules, trespassing onto the golf course is strictly prohibited.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.

👥 Guest Policy & Fines

Any unregistered guests will be subject to a $200 fine per person.

All guests & vehicle drivers must be listed on the reservation—please provide names in advance.

Dated house and difficult host

This house is dated and the support of the host was lacking. I rented this property specifically for 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Toilet broke in one bathroom and host could not get it repaired during our stay. It was very awkward having someone come into my bedroom to share a bathroom. Host's solution was to put our hand in the tank to try and flush. A built in shelf covered the tank so you couldn't see in the tank or get your hand in even if you wanted to. Later, the host claimed we flushed the toilet too hard. He was unable to solve the problem until after we checked out. Other issues-the garage door did not work, we couldn't check-in timely and had to buy batteries for TV remote. Ultimately, we got into a back and forth with the host where he suggested that somehow we caused the toilet problem. His suggested compensation was not commensurate with the inconvenience that this caused. There are many other rental properties available in the area and I would recommend not renting this property and working with this host.
