This 2.5 acre Inn is conveniently located 30 minutes outside of Yosemite National Park & right outside the resort community of Pine Mountain Lake. With your request we will provide guest access to the PML golf course, tennis, horseback riding, paddle boarding, boating or just enjoying one of the many beaches in PML. Also located within walking distance of historical downtown Groveland with shopping & restaurants and minutes away from Don Pedro Lake.

This home is located on 2.5 acres of beautiful land. Although the inside of the home is stunning, you might just want to grab a sleeping bag and lay on the deck to take in the breathtakingly clear night skies and view the magic of the starry nights in the Sierras. In the morning, wake up to a cup of coffee and enjoy it on the wrap around deck while again, taking in the beauty of this area. This home has beautiful furnishings and is very comfortable with a peaceful office space and two bedrooms. You can cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie or use the stunning kitchen to cook up some delicious meals. FREE Wifi is available at the Groveland Library, Firefall Coffee and Mountain Sage Coffee Shops, all located on Main Street, walking distance (.5 miles or less).

This home is located right off Highway 120 (the gateway to Yosemite National Park). As a guest, you can request access to the multiple amenities available inside Pine Mountain Lake, including golf, tennis, pool, beaches, lake rentals (paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boats, sailboats, etc.), horseback riding or dinning at the beautiful Pine Mountain Lake Country Club. You will also be located in the beautiful Sierras with tons of hiking trails, fishing and local swim spots. After a long day of outdoor activities, take a stroll to Historical Downtown Groveland
