The home had 3 king size bedrooms with bathrooms which worked well for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and the kitchen and living room area is open. The only thing we did not like is the living room is over one of the bedrooms and you could hear all steps. Perhaps a rug in the living room would help. The home is near restaurants and activities. We enjoyed use of the bikes and SHARC passes.

This was a great house for the 10 of us. There was plenty of room for everyone and the hot tub was wonderful! The location was great and the response time whenever we had a question was very quick. Two things that could be improved on were the condition of the bikes (only 3 of the ten worked - even with us filling the tires) and the back deck railing seemed to be coming apart. We made sure not to lean on or touch it too much. Overall, the stay was great and we would stay here again.

Excellent Vacation Property

Our group, 3 adult couples, stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness, and location of the property. High ceilings, large living room, well equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable master bedrooms for each couple. This is one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in and highly recommend it.

Excellent place for Sunriver getaway!

We love staying at this house! We come here every summer with our family! Plenty of space, very clean, fun deck to sit, eat, hang out and watch deer! Owners are very responsive if there is an issue!

Home is nicely laid out for multiple family staying. They seem to have thought of everything as far as making your stay comfortable.

Sun River Getaway

We had great trip to Sun River and enjoyed the home with another family. We had one hiccup and the owner was super prompt at helping us. The hot tub was awesome and the house felt stocked with everything we needed… including extra gas for the grill. Would stay again 😊

Great house for families!

We had 2 families with 10 people total and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for us all to be together or in our own spaces when we were home. The kids loved being close to the park and a short bike ride to the SHARC (the bikes and SHARC passes were a huge bonus!). The beds were all very comfortable after a long day of activity out and about. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great family house in a great location

We stayed here with my sister's family for our annual family ski trip (4 adults, 4 kids, 1 dog). The house is in a great location on the Northeast side with direct access to the major bike paths. Wonderful and large hot tub, great family room, well-stocked kitchen. All around great place. The host was very responsive too...even returning my niece's forgotten teddy bear free of charge overnight! Thanks for sharing your wonderful Sunriver retreat! We'd definitely stay here again.

Great house for family

The house was perfect for us we had our kids and grandkids and it worked perfect! It was stocked with the little things and that helped a ton ! They where a little short of games ( we left new deck of cards and uno) and the floors where so squeaky there is no sneaking out in this house lol . Will stay here again !

Mostly Good

It's a spacious house and the overall setup is nice. The large downstairs bunkroom is especially great. Location is perfect and we appreciated that it's pet friendly. The cons: bed in the master was comfy enough but it squeaked and creaked SO loud with any tiny movement, we felt like we were living in a cartoon. The floors also creak very loudly throughout the whole house. Together these aspects were unpleasant enough so that we probably wouldn't stay again. Communication with the actual owner was swift, but we were not impressed with the property managers who took hours or days to respond and were quite snarky when they did, while also not actually answering our questions!

Good stay but could be better

Dog hair all over the comforter. Listed as 10 bikes but only 3 were usable. Everything in the back of the refrigerator froze which resulted in throwing away a lot of ruined vegetables. A large nail sticking out of the step to the hot tub. You had to clear all the dirt and branches just to get to the hot tub. The deck has not been cleaned in who knows how long. Takes a long time to get hot water in the sink. Floors are incredibly squeaky. The house is old and not kept up well. Overall very disappointed for the price. I’m sure for the owners this is a cash cow but they need to put some money back into the house. Would not stay here again. I have rented about 20 different houses at Sunriver over many years and this was the first time I felt the need to comment on a house.

Group house

House is large enough for a big group, however the lack of TP, paper towels, towels for hot tub and the cleanliness of the house needs some attention. Carpets are very dirty, upstairs toilet didn’t function unless you took the back off to fix it, downstairs fridge was not functioning. Garbage cans were full upon arrival and our garbage was never collected for a full week. This house has potential, but needs attention to detail and some TLC.

The layout of this home was ideal. It was in a good location for all our activities, and not too busy. The owner generally responded quickly to our texts. The problem was - the home wasn't well-maintained. The floors were very squeaky - which was a problem when you have people who get up early and those who like to sleep later. The mattress ( or the frame?) in at least one room also was very squeaky. The rails on the stairs leading up to the front door were loose. A towel rack fell down, and two thresholds were also loose (one with a small nail sticking up). There was also a screw sticking up on the stairs to the hot tub. The bikes were mostly unrideable for various reasons (brakes on one didn't work, chain on another fell off, incomplete handlebars on another). There was a pump, but most bikes had flat tires. The faucet in one bathroom was loose and moved every time water was turned on. The deck needed painting - you needed to wear shoes or get splinters. We enjoyed our stay overall, but the house definitely needs some maintenance. I would look for another place to stay next time.

Resort??

Nice location. AC works. Appears from prior reviews that the creaking floor is an on-going issue, especially the master bedroom. And the interesting framing on the master bed was also very noisy-just don't move and you'll be ok. Funny comment on Aug 27 2021 concerning bikes. Those vintage bikes are a challenge! BYObike! A broken ice maker in August isn't good. We were told not to turn it on so there wouldn't be any water leaks...troubling. Basement shades aren't fully functioning. While this old house is functional, it seems for the price paid-at a resort-that all would be top notch.

Great layout for couples and kids

Family of three couples, one with kids, were each able to have King master. Couple with kids could take downstairs with room for 4 kids, the other two couples had nice rooms upstairs. Plenty of room, everything worked well. Only complaint was condition of floors and they creaked a lot. Not such an issue that we wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellent home for adults

Kitchen had everything we needed and appliances were in outstanding shape. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. All 3 golf courses we wonderful and the village had a lot of dining choices.
