Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm via app or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your great trip.

No parking area in this building. Pool,sauna and gym are on level 9. The facilities are subject to availability and body corporation rules.

Two spacious bedrooms designed and your comfort in mind. Our high-quality mattresses are topped with clean, freshly pressed linen and all-seasons quilts to keep you comfortable throughout the year.

The bathrooms come prepared with complimentary body wash, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner for your stay.

Toilet paper and bath towels are also included. The kitchen has quality stainless steel appliances have been installed that include oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

The property is self check-in for your convenience. Easy to follow instructions are sent through prior to checking in. Please note keys are located off site and will need to be collected prior to arrival.

Great location, great spot for bringing kids (it felt safe, quiet and was close to public rransport). I loved the view. Wish we had two towels per person, but i appreciate that it was made clear there was just one towel per person in the advertisement so i could prepare abd bring hair wraps.

Girls Melbourne weekend

Clean and tidy. Fantastic location, walk to the markets, close to main tram lines, metro close by for last minute supplies. Nice building, impressive pool and gym area. Lounge area is tiny, but rooms are a good size and we were out all day, so didnt affect us. You have to walk about 5 mins away to collect the keys. Just follow the clear instructions and you'll be right. Would stay again.

The lack of communication from the owner was the most difficult part of this. Also, travelling with young kids was difficult because they didn't give us details about how to access the keys, even after the check-in time. SMS communication was extremely slow, and we had to pick up the keys from another venue around 500m away. Apartment is very small, and also they advertised 2 queen beds but actually one is only a double bed. They also didn't give clear instructions on how to checkout, and the bond deposit was only giving back after 48 hours after checking out. I wouldn't stay here again. If we had known about all these issues, we would have just stayed at a hotel where they give good service. A few times during our stay I texted them with questions and they only replied after we had checked out.
