Our 3R3B 8Pax Seaview Condominium located at Batu Maung, Penang.
The name of the Condominium is Southbay Plaza Condominium.

##The space##
We have the stunning panoramic seaviews of straits of Malacca in Master bedroom, Middle bedroom and Living room. Single room have the view for Penang International Airport, City and Sea. If you like quiet and cozy place, it sure will deliver a great experience for all its dearest guests!
Full and functional amenities such as kitchen facilities and dining facilities are provided as well.

master room - 1 queen bed
middle room - 2 queen bed
single room - 1 queen bed

##Guest Access##
Guests get the whole place to themselves for the entire duration of their stay. Feel free to use the kitchen if you want to do some light cooking. The fridge is available for use if you have food to store, would be much appreciated if all unwanted food are disposed off before guests' departure.

Apart from the rooms, guests are welcomed to use the beautiful swimming pool which oversees the city line of the Costal Highway and the sea.

Fitness Centre and Sports Facilities are available for guests' use as well! There is a deck on the pool floor where you can enjoy the scenery and breeze.
