Take in an enormous panoramic view, Blickinstal Barossa Valley Retreat is located on the Rolling Hills, which is just 5-min drive from Tanunda. Our properties are surrounded by vineyard and beautiful natural landscape where you can enjoy the stunning sunsets and brilliant star-filled night sky.

Located in the central of Barossa Valley, it is close to an expansive range of wineries and restaurants. This studio is perfect for couples as a lovely base to explore the Barossa Valley.

This is a self-contained studio Blickinstal Barossa Valley Retreat, which can host 2 guests., The studio features a queen bed with starred-hotel linens, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

In the common area, there are BBQ facilities (reservation required) and outdoor dining seating with a fantastic panoramic view. Outdoor fire pit is available outside of the fire danger season (1st May – 30th Nov). You can also find a shared laundry room on premises.
Please kindly note that we do not provide firewood/charcoal, so you may need to prepare your own. Thank you again for your understanding.

Living with Nature
Our home is located in the beautiful South Australian countryside, where we share the land with local wildlife. While we have professional pest control services regularly, it is impossible to keep every insect out 100% of the time, especially during or after heavy rain when they seek shelter indoors.
If you have a significant phobia of insects or expect a completely bug-free environment, a rural stay might not be the best fit for you. We appreciate your understanding of the authentic country lifestyle!

Other things to note
• CCTV outside the property.
• The vineyard is a pristine farm environment. Please help us protect it and don't enter the vineyard.
• Strictly no smoking - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
• No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $500 fine.
• Key loss will result in a charge of $200; if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $50 will be charged before 11 pm and $100 will be charged after 11 pm.
• Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Keys need to be placed back in our nominated place before the check-out time.
