Welcome to our farmhouse! Are you looking for a place to relax with the whole family or friends? Then search no further as this peaceful country property has everything that you need!

Inside the house, there are 3 bedrooms available for use, each with their our areas for your belongings -- all linens provided. There are two bathrooms available (one 3-piece/ one 4-piece) with all towels provided with laundry available as well. Within the kitchen, we provide all the essentials for you to prepare your meals during your stay.

This private property located just north of Palmerston offers you access to a beautiful getaway just minutes from town. Palmerston is a charming rural town located only a short distance from Listowel, Mount Forest, Drayton, Elora, Elmira, Hanover and vicinity. Palmerston has many family friendly activities planned throughout the year which is in addition to our usual historic railway museum, public pool, local parks & recreation areas, etc.

On the property, you have full access to a beautiful front porch with both dining and seating areas available as well as an outdoor firepit area. Walking and snowmobile trails are located just down the road. With the easy access to town for convenience to the hospital, grocery store, hardware store, and local restaurants (including a Tim Hortons). Get a real taste of country living and small town charm!

Everything we needed and more was provided for a comfortable, relaxing winter escape. The farmhouse was updated while preserving its charm and authenticity. This lovely property was so peaceful, with a perfect location close to many small towns. We can't wait to return!

This property was absolutely perfect! We came for a relaxing girls weekend and didn’t want to leave. Beautiful Old Brick Farmhouse set back on a private piece of property gives you the feeling of stepping back in time. The host is Amazing to deal with and very Helpful & Friendly. Family for the weekend

This was a perfect weekend rental while attending a family reunion in Kenilworth! The owners obviously made a lot of effort setting up this lovely house. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely rent again!

What a wonderful place to enjoy the quiet surroundings. We wanted for nothing. Kitchen was well stocked & Alyse provided little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable, and had us on a road trip to Anna Mae's for more jam and a delicious dinner. Thank you for allowing us the use of your home.

Clean and comfortable

We had such a wonderful visit. The hosts were so thoughtful and generous and their home was clean and provided everything we needed and more. We enjoyed cards on the veranda and the location was close to Elora. V bto enjoy a hike and dinner .

Adorable spotless home!

Loved our stay. We slept amazingly. Very quiet - bed was comfy - shower had great pressure. A responsive host who offered to come immediately to help at check in with the electronic lock (but we finally figured it out!). Lighting at the street and in the lane was very helpful as we came in after our family event at midnight. Wished we’d had time to spend at the firepit - well equipped with firewood etc. WiFi worked great too. Lots of extras like toothpaste, tea, coffee, blankets and pillows available.

Charming Farm House

We stayed two nights with our kids and their grandparents while we were in town for a wedding. The place was very clean and had everything you need to make meals and enjoy the property. Appreciated have a fire pit stocked for us to use. Kody and Alyse were great hosts and we would recommend to friends and family.

Theatre get away

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse. We booked it because we were going to a play in Drayton. This was only 20 minutes away. Easy country drive. The house is LOVELY !! Porch was awesome. We stayed a few extra days and were going to explore the area, but were having such a nice relaxing time at the house, we didn't go anywhere else. We did our "exploring" on the way to and from the farm. Thanks for hosting us. You are doing a wonderful job on the house. Hope to be able to stay again soon.

Farmhouse Serenity

My wife, myself, my mother and my adult daughter and boyfriend stayed here for three nights as its location was near my uncles cottage where he was having a family reunion. My expectations were promising but this place hit a home run. The home itself was the most charming place I’ve ever stayed. The property was amazing. The owners were so easy to deal with. The farmhouse had more than everything we needed which surprised me because other than our groceries we really didn’t need to bring household items. I really don’t know what else to say but wow! It’s not often that you include a property in how it made your vacation turn out but this property was instrumental in our overall experience. Family visited and were stunned how beautiful and charming the house was. It’s unique charm was peaceful and I I took full advantage of the peaceful settings especially in the evening as the lights came on and especially the morning coffee on the deck provided us with at least a dozen different bird species cheering up our morning. I don’t think the tv was on our whole trip!My family and I cannot say enough about our experience here. I will book this hidden gem if we’re in the area again or make an excuse to just stay there again!
