The Bach, Stylish Abode in Central Busselton
Bach - meaning small cottage by the beach - is a bit of a play on words. The communal spaces in The Bach are generous and inviting with soaring windows in the main living area bringing the natural morning light and surrounding peppermint trees indoors. Perfectly located in a quiet street that is a short walk into town and 350m from the beach, The Bach is one of Busselton's finest.
We treat our guests as family - so you're very welcome to enjoy the library, games and DVDs in your home from home.
The Bach was created using repurposed jarrah timber from the existing shack on the block. It is built around the existing peppermint trees. Wherever possible we used recycled materials to remain true to the sense of bach-ness...
The Bach has:
3 Bedrooms
Large open Kitchen/Dining/Living
Snug (theatre room)
2 Bathrooms (1 with Laundry facilities)
Deck.
A very nice ambiance!
Guests have the entire use of the ground floor (the loft studio is not yet available for public use). There is a 55m2 deck off the kitchen/living for your enjoyment. The doors between the snug (with TV/Netflix and huge comfy couch) and main living area can be closed off to create two separate spaces. If you are bringing children, you need to know there is no lawned area. The deck forms the outdoor space. However, there is an oval/playground 250m down the road.
We're neighbours! So we are on hand to help you enjoy your stay.
The Bach is situated in one of Busselton's most beautiful streets. Be ready to wave to the many people strolling down to the beach or into town.
We are walking distance to everywhere! If you bring bikes, the whole of Busselton and Dunsborough opens up for you. There is now a bike path all the way to Dunsborough which takes about an hour (one way) for the average punter.
You'll need a car to access the beautiful surf beaches, mountain bike trails and wineries down south.
Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
No pets, no parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 8 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
