My Lovely Lakeview Cottage. Family Friendly With Access To The Lake.

Enjoy a quick get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life at this peaceful lakefront cottage at Saskatchewan Beach. Your family and friends are sure to make some wonderful memories in this lakefront property, just 35-40 minutes outside of Regina.

You will feel instantly rejuvenated the minute you arrive, as you are surrounded by nature.

You will never get bored of waking up to the sunrise, birds chirping and enjoying the water view while sipping on your hot morning coffee/tea.

The space
The cottage is over 1,600 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

It’s available for rent throughout the year, with a minimum 3-night stay.

The kitchen - We provide all the dinner plates, side plates, bowls, salad bowls, pots and pans, stemware, glasses and coffee mugs, as well as large utensils, silverware, steak knives, large knives and shears, baking necessities, measuring cups, cheese grater, can opener, corkscrew and more…

The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, instant pot, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and stove.

We provide dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods, 4 k-cups for the Keurig, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, basic spices, some tinfoil, saran wrap, Ziploc bags and parchment paper. Garbage bags and cleaning supplies.

There is a large dinner table that seats 10 and a patio door off the dining area that takes you to the main floor deck.

The living room is very welcoming, and it has a spectacular view of the lake. It’s the picture-perfect space for a game night, movie night, or cuddling in front of the wood-burning fireplace. There are all kinds of board games, cards, and fun things for everyone in the family to enjoy.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower, and fresh linen. It’s furnished with a comfortable, king size bed, with fresh linens and a down filled duvet. Large windows capture the lake and provide that feeling you came to find! You will fall in love with the sunset and the sunrise.

The master bedroom also has sliding doors that take you out to a private deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and cozy bedding, as well.

The third bedroom has two, twin-size beds and it’s a great space for kids to unpack their suitcase and imaginations!

There is a bathroom between the second and third bedroom with a tub and shower, and fresh towels, hand towels and face clothes.

- The temperature is controlled by a smart thermostat with instructions provided

- Laundry. The cottage has a front-load washer and dryer

We provide cleaning supplies, including a mop, broom, central vac and Bathroom cleaning supplies. We also stock the cottage with multi-purpose cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, windex, scrub pads and more.

We leave the guests with 4 dishwasher pods, dish soap and 2 laundry pods.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, as well as hand soap and body wash.

There is a fire-pit in the front yard with roasting sticks and a grate that you can cook on.

Guests are responsible for their own firewood.

There is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher available, and all information will be provided in the welcome package.
Guest access
We will provide you with 2 access options. You can choose from keyless entry using a keypad or you can use keys which are located in the lockbox. We will provide the codes 24-48 hours prior to check-in.
