✧ There is no on-site parking included with the apartment; however, paid parking may be available in the building next door with Wilson Parking - ParkMate, subject to availability.

✧ Before Arrival: We will make sure you have all the information you require to ensure an easy arrival, including clear and detailed self-check-in instructions
✧ After Arrival: We like to message you occasionally during your stay and are happy to provide additional recommendations if asked
✧ Support: In the unlikely event you have an issue with the accommodation, we always respond as soon as possible to guests` messages, so rest assured you`re in good hands
GETTING AROUND
✧ You are within walking distance of most places, including supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants
✧ Public transport such as buses, ferries, and trains are all nearby
✧ Uber rides and taxis are also readily available
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
While enjoying this home as your home away from home, we kindly ask you to keep the following in mind:
✧ The apartment is private and independent of the hotel, so please direct any questions to us rather than the hotel
✧ No breakfast is provided with this listing - please do take the chance to enjoy some of Auckland`s beautiful cafes
✧ Be respectful to the house and neighbours, with no disturbance to the neighbourhood. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without refund at the host`s decision, regardless of policy and booking in place
✧ Strictly no parties or large gatherings without approval. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without refund at the host`s decision
✧ A form of government ID along with a selfie is required by the host
✧ Exterior CCTV camera in operation
✧ There is no desk chair
✧As the apartment is in the heart of the city, some city noise may echo up to the 8th floor
✧ There is no on-site parking included with the apartment; however, paid parking may be available in the building next door with Wilson Parking - ParkMate, subject to availability.
Longer Stays:
- Stays longer than 14 days requires a guest to pay for a refresh, clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Guests to provide expected check-in time - we will do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
- Guests to provide expected check-out time (latest being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn-away charge or a full day rental).
- Guests must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
- Keys must not be collected prior to the agreed check-in time, and lockboxes (if any) must be left closed and locked.
- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
- Carpark (if applicable) can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.
During Your Stay:
- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm.
- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay, as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
- Guests to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.
- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.
- Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All costs involved with returning lost items, including time taken, are chargeable.
