This modern and spacious condo is the perfect family retreat for summer boating adventures on Lake Tahoe or a ski lease home base for the winter. BBQ on the electric grill on the 2nd-floor balcony, enjoying meals overlooking the marina. In the winter, warm up by the wood-burning fireplace while enjoying movies on the 50-inch HDTV. Grab some games from the nook in the living room and enjoy playing them near the fireplace. This vacation home is perfect for making family memories year-round.

Enjoy bringing your boat to Lake Tahoe all summer or having a ski lease through winter. This one-bedroom plus loft, two-bathroom condo is in the beautiful Tahoe Keys. Just steps from the communal courtyard, the marina awaits, offering direct access to boating adventures.
This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 4 if children are included. It cannot host more than four adults. This applies 24/7.

Your rental includes using the boat slip, watercraft up to 25-foot, in the Marina and parking for two cars. Access to the pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and beach has a small daily/weekly fee for each person.

• Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature.
Home Essentials
• The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival.
Local Regulations
• Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.
• Street parking is prohibited.
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge).
Please note:
Pets: 1 dog allowed w/ pre-approval (up to 35lbs), additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays.
Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
This home does not have air conditioning.
For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
